Draft at brewery. Straw yellow pour, good retention/lacing. Aroma of noble hops, fresh bread. Taste is moderate noble hop bitterness, bready malts, grass. Palate is soft, crisp, mild bitter finish. Good.

Smooth soft savory sweet sudden sake save me. All around easy beer to drink no doubt.

Draught at the BrewPub: Aroma of hops, grass, light citrus, light grain, and herbs. Poured pale yellow/gold in color with a small, white head as a film on top of the beer, as well as around the edges. Lightly hazy. Sparkling. Good lacing. Flavor is slightly sweet and medium bitter. Tastes of Pils malt, noble hops, grass, slight lemon, and some Earthy herbs. Light to medium body. Dry texture. Average carbonation. Medium bitter, Pils malt, hop, grass finish is dry.

Growler thanks to MrChopin for this one! Clear, classic yellow pils pour with a big frothy head. Nose holds huge tea and noble hop nose, with the flavor bringing more soft floral and herbal notes of oregano and sage. Absolutely superb pils.

rich transparent gold, darkest of five, braumeister color, homogeneous thin white head on top. More grassy hop in nose than braumeister, less grain more dough, less citric egg. Flavor isn’t quite as full, more hop, grassy, lightest vitamin c issue mid palate, lightly oily over lips, lingering grass and hop oil finish before huge dough emerges with a bit of warmth. Bit of dry paper in end but so fucking delicate, bitter, controlled, flavorful. VICTORY!

Golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, some grass, lighter toffee notes, and herb. Taste of grass, some citrus, dry, bitter hop finish.

Growler courtesy of MrChopin. Incredibly hoppy and herbal aroma. Grassy and a bit sweet on the nose. Dry and hoppy. Just a touch of sweetness. Hoppy finish. Very herbal and bitter on the end.

Growler thanks to MrChopin. Pours clear deeper gold with a larger, thick, white head with soapy retention and lace. Nose is thick biscuit, fresh grist, fresh melons, fruity noble hops, mild yellow apples. Taste is oily, quenching, grassy...a bit more body than usual for a Victory Pils with the typical ultra biscuit and grass profile desired. Really nice oil, sugar, grassy hop balance. Great stuff- not too different from the Braumeister series save for the body.

Thanks MrChopin. The nose is extremely dank and herbal- tea and marijuana. Grassy citrus peel and caramel malt give way to sage and rosemary, finishing with a hint of orange flesh. Light to medium palate with ample effervescence. Awesome for the style!
