On hand pump at Brewpub. Pours dark reddish black, creamy tan head. Lightly bitter and sweet. Roast, caramel, cereal. Smooth, light body. kimcgolf (872) - Dacula, Georgia, USA - FEB 13, 2009
This one didn’t do much for me. Poured from the tap to a dark brown with medium tan head that lingered awhile and left okay lacing. Nose and taste were botrh a faint chocolate malt and the mouthfeel was fairly flat and watery. At only 3.7% abv, there was no noticeable alcohol, and the finish was short and non-descript. Tap. Nice smooth palate courtesy of the nitro. Thin body. Flavor of chocolate malts and rich dirt. icehawk (834) - Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, USA - MAY 16, 2013
Pours pitch black as it settles. Coffee aroma and taste. It is thinner than other stouts, but as such is very drinkable and refreshing. Very good low abv stout. LiebeBier (808) - Annapolis, Maryland, USA - JAN 6, 2008
Draft at Victory - One of my favorite things about Victory is that all their beers pour and taste incredible at the brewery. No small accomplishment considering how many brewers fail at this seemingly simple task. This was no different. The taste is very mild with some coffee and chocolate flavors present. I suppose the limited complexity is due to the low alcohol. An everyday stout.

On tap at Victory Brewing. Pours black. Odd carbonation in glass for nitro. Like a better Guinness. Dark by not heavy. samsmith33 (772) - - SEP 2, 2012
On tap at Khyber Pass Pub, Philadelphia. Dark black color. Creamy head. Little aroma and its not from being too chilled . Chocolaty malt, but weak flavor for the style. murphym45 (769) - New York, New York, USA - NOV 10, 2010
On tap @ Rattle N Hum.
Black with a thick tan head that sticks around. Malt, smoke, roasty aroma, light chocolate note. Surprisingly light bodied, very smooth, dry with a very light bitterness. Very thin on the palate, easy drinking.
Not intensely flavorful or strong, but good for what it is, a low alcohol, refreshing stout. jehoey (765) - Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 21, 2007
For what this beer is I liked it contrary to most other ratings here. aroma was rather one dimensional being really just roasted barley with a bit of coffee. apperence was black with a good tan head that had nitro present. flavor was all roasted barley with coffee notes, pretty dry and very easy drinking. I thought this would be a really good session pint that would go down well all day. palate was medium and much like stouts I sampled in england. Brewed in the USA..... On tap at the Brewery !!! Pours a very dark brown color with an awesome tan head. Aroma of chocolate and malts. Taste is of chocolate, roasted malts and a hint of coffee. The mouthfeel is super creamy with a slightly dry finish. This is the best example of Guinness that i’ve seen yet.
