3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: NOV 5, 2016 Draft. Aroma of caramel and oak. Flavors of caramel, vanilla, oak and maybe even a bit of cinnamon. Lots of good flavors, but, as other commentors have noted, is a bit watery, mineral on the palate. (2016 version far less watery, somewhat less mineral, but it’s still there.) Otherwise excellent.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
22 oz bottle- Pours clear autumn amber with a nice dense bubbly off white head. Aroma is caramel malts, maple, sweet and appealing. The taste is strong caramel malts, has a somewhat mineral like well taste similar to some Euro lagers, but pretty thin and boring otherwise. Just okay.

Poured a nic copper but with minimal head and no retention. Aromas of Carmel malts, wet bread. Sweet on the nose and taste. A bit thin in the mouth. Taste is bready as is the finish. Typical of the style.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle from work. Aroma is doughy, bready, caramelly, toast. Pours clear amber with a medium bone-white head with decent retention. Taste is too sweet for my tastes, very bready. Some alcohol warmth. Kind of thin and watery. It’s not too bad, just not my cup of tea. I’ll drink it, though.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle into mug. Rich copper pour, not a lot of head. Bread aroma touch of hops. Bit thin in the mouth, more bread, touch of sweet. Quick finish. Perfectly drinkable, perfectly interchangeable with any other middling version of the style.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured dark copper with a thin head. Bready aroma. Taste is wheat bread and corn with a dry finish. Decent. I seem to recall the abv being higher in an earlier incarnation of this one.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft. Amber body with a frothy, off-white head. Aroma of toasted grain, caramel, floral hops. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. A bit of raw, dusty grain in the finish. Average.
