COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Seductively smooth, this medium-bodied amber beauty is akin to the great Oktoberfest beers of Munich. All German hops make this lager true to style. Patient cold aging makes it wonderfully smooth. In bottles September through February

keanex (1799) - Atco, New Jersey, USA - NOV 15, 2012
No readable bottling information.
Appearance: The body is a clear reddish amber with light amounts of carbonation in the body, the head is thin and light tan with average retention, it’s just a light coating on top now.
Aroma: Fruity esters are prominent upon swirling, with a light floral backing, not much malt presence.
Taste: Light malt sweetness throughout, some light toasted malts, mild hop presence, and light fruity esters. This is very mild and balanced.
Palate: Medium bodied with light to medium carbonation.
Overall: This is a solid Oktoberfest, one of the better American ones more similar to authentic German ones like Ayinger.

oobawa (1650) - Tennessee, USA - OCT 2, 2017
Quality marzen, alluring in its sweetness yet not indulgent, mixing caramel and toffee notes with a nutty backbone and undertones of toast and crackers. Finishes with a hint of lager esters and a tiny spark of floral noble hops. Nose is a bakery in full swing, and the pour's lovely, deep orange-brown with a thick white head and minimal lacing. Texture is seriously creamy, carbonated just enough to keep the malts from growing unwieldy but smooth as hell. Very good festbier.

Tried via blind taste test, guessed 3.4 Oktoberfest...a heavy malty Oktoberfest.

tfontana (1084) - Fremont, New Hampshire, USA - SEP 26, 2017
Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Greg & Jane's Beer and Wine. Appearance is clear copper with light sparkle, 2-finger width, off-white foamy head (after vigorous pour) with fair retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is crackers. Taste is mild caramel malt with earthy hop balance. Palate is light-to-medium smooth, silky texture, soft carbonation and lightly sweet finish. Overall, nice looking and feeling but aroma and taste are not terribly strong.

fidemaster (335) - Naperville, Illinois, USA - AUG 29, 2017
Nice aroma of bread baking. Deep orange color with a decent head. Very watery. Starts off bitter, then you get a burnt taste. It has a strong, horribly bitter finish. I hated it, sorry victory.

Smooth, malty, almost like a roasted cracker. Not your typical Oktoberfest beer. Reviewed - A Brew With You, Ep. 55

Svesse (8731) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - MAY 11, 2017
(Bottle) Reddish amber colour with dense big, lasting, off-white head. Malty nose with treacle-toffee, dried fruit, figs, crisp-bread, wort and caramel. Malty taste with notes of treacle-toffee, dried fruit, wort, caramel, a slightly sharp malt profile and a finish with a mild bitterness and a slight acidity. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. A bit sharp and unbalanced, but decently drinkable. Enjoyable.

3.2
Cavie (4769) - Arlington, Texas, USA - MAR 21, 2017
Bottle. Dark copper color. Biscuity toasty aroma. Some sweetness. Flavor has sweetness, lots of bready grain. Caramel notes. Not a Festbier, more like a Marzen.
