COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Seductively smooth, this medium-bodied amber beauty is akin to the great Oktoberfest beers of Munich. All German hops make this lager true to style. Patient cold aging makes it wonderfully smooth. In bottles September through February

Shot (520) - Westerville, Ohio, USA - AUG 29, 2015
Pours a luminous red with a thin fizzy head that dissipates to a thin, clumpy lace. Aromas of caramel and spice. Flavors are caramel, brown sugar, roasted malts, spice and biscuit. Slight herbal tones. Dry finish. Thin, highly carbonated mouthfeel. Not very memorable.

Faint, sweet, malty aroma. Pours amber with thin amber/white head. Semi sweet malty flavor with nicely balanced hops throughout. Smooth, clean, malty finish. Another great beer from Victory.

elmatador00 (519) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - SEP 29, 2007
Pours a clear dark golden color with a quick diminishing head. Has a heavy syrup texture, with hints of spice and light citrus fruits. Finished with a light hoppy taste. Reminded me of apple juice.

joejames (510) - Jacobus, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 30, 2015
Bottle to shaker glass, pours clear dark amber. Quick one finger head, no real lacing with little retention. Aroma caramel and burnt sugar. Taste is mainly malty sweet, with just a touch of bitterness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, creamy mouth feel. Finishes dry. Tasting notes of caramel, biscuit, tree nuts, grass and herbs. Not a bad fest beer.

Bottle, #414 Dark amber pour with nice white head and decent lacing. Sweet but light aroma and malty flavor. Pretty light Oktoberfest, good session brew.

Typical american october fest. not all that great. Not much flavor. Decient but not great. thumbs down

SHANER4 (500) - Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 9, 2007
Poured orangish copper color with little head that faded to nothing. Had a light malt aroma with average oktoberfest taste. I can’t get onboard with these oktoberfest beers. They all taste to similar and watered down. This version is no different and is quite tasteless. NOT IMPRESSED

2.7
gpekar (496) - Florida, USA - SEP 1, 2008
Poured a clear copper color with a tall foamy tan head. There was a light amount of carbonation bubbles rising in the glass. There was a light fruit aroma mixed with a bit of a sweet aroma from the malt. There was a nice smooth mellow flavor of the sweet malt with just a hit of hops on the finish. This was an easy drinking beer, but not very special.

mhelgason (495) - Salem, Oregon, USA - DEC 30, 2007
bottle. average fizzy tan head (quickly dissapating) into clear dark amber body. minimal lacing. aromas of light bready rye and molasses. flavor is a muted sweet. watery texture, flat carbonation, medium to long finish duration. ok beer, nothing special.
