Bottle. Pour is lively with carbonation, but that may have just been opening it 2 minutes after lugging it down the block. Color is a perfectly clear deep orangish red color with a fair amount of carbonation bubbles working their way through the beer. Flavor is mild, very soft on the palate with just a hint of caramel and roast. Finishes crisp and clean with that herbal German hop finish. Light bodied. This is a delicious beer for the style, goes down a little too easy. Would drink again.
12 oz. bottle. Clear amber, off-white head. Aroma of malt, nuts, bread. Taste is malt, bread, nuts, honey, caramel. Finish is lightly sour. Russtheiceman (7) - - NOV 17, 2017 does not count
Not anywhere as good as Dirt Wolf or some of their other beers. Just so-so for an Octoberfest.

, Tampere, Finland. Soft, balanced and simple. Caramell, sweet malts. Bit artificial earthy nuances. Balanced. Light body with medium carbonation. Overall, way too simple. But, no hops in American beer which is kinda positive. 4 2 2 3 7
Deep amber with a thin head. Aroma is sweet, caramel and yeast. Malty, smooth. Pretty nice. higgsbison (268) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 24, 2017
Above medium carbonation. Malty but not as much as my preferred Oktoberfests. A bit thin and watery. Notes of caramel and toffee. No discernible bitterness to me. An OK fest beir but certainly not a stand out in the style. Lacking in character

12floz bottle, BBD: 01.01.2018, $10 paid for a six-pack, pint glass. Appears copper in color with clarity and nearly no head. Butterscotch aroma is more pronounced than many octoberfests I've tried. Tastes like buttered toast, which is in line for the style. Definitely drinkable, but is below average for the style in my opinion. oobawa (1747) - Tennessee, USA - OCT 2, 2017
Quality marzen, alluring in its sweetness yet not indulgent, mixing caramel and toffee notes with a nutty backbone and undertones of toast and crackers. Finishes with a hint of lager esters and a tiny spark of floral noble hops. Nose is a bakery in full swing, and the pour's lovely, deep orange-brown with a thick white head and minimal lacing. Texture is seriously creamy, carbonated just enough to keep the malts from growing unwieldy but smooth as hell. Very good festbier. ryanscourt (1531) - Latrobe, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 1, 2017
Tried via blind taste test, guessed 3.4 Oktoberfest...a heavy malty Oktoberfest. tfontana (1130) - Fremont, New Hampshire, USA - SEP 26, 2017
Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Greg & Jane's Beer and Wine. Appearance is clear copper with light sparkle, 2-finger width, off-white foamy head (after vigorous pour) with fair retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is crackers. Taste is mild caramel malt with earthy hop balance. Palate is light-to-medium smooth, silky texture, soft carbonation and lightly sweet finish. Overall, nice looking and feeling but aroma and taste are not terribly strong. Bacchus66 (951) - South Carolina, USA - SEP 22, 2017
12oz bottle. Slightly hazed orange amber with a thin off-white head. Smooth pale malt, cracker, toffee sweetness, nuts, cereal. Mild hops. Smooth malt finish.
