Enchanting and enlightening, this golden, frothy ale boasts an intriguing herbal aroma, warming alcohol esters on the tongue and light, but firm body to finish. Exotic spices add subtle notes to both the aroma and flavor. Strong, sensual and satisfying.

Cloudy gold color, very true belgian aroma’s. Sweet flavor and heavy mouthfeel give you an idea of the alcohol content but, you don’t get that high abv taste. Beer has a slightly tart finish which makes it easy to drink.

Poured from 12 fl oz can (canned 17 Apr 2017). Mostly clear golden yellow with quickly dissipating white head. Light caramel malt, yeast, coriander, and alcohol. The alcohol unbalances the beer a bit. Doesn’t quite hit the mark for me.

Bottle 0,355L. Slightly hazy, yellow color with small, creamy, white head. Aroma is similar to Belgian wit beers: coriander, wheat, orange peels and it’s not offensive. Taste starts light bitter and very spicy. Finish is moderate bitter, still spicy, but some yeasts comes out and alcohol warmth at the very end. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. I really enjoyed it. It’s like a wit beer on (alcoholic) steroids.

For a light beer the taste is good. Can definitely taste the hint of spice. I think that if offered it I would drink it again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

One word describes this beer--spice! Can smell the herbs/spices, colour is "golden" as the name suggests, taste almost like a Belgian-style but quickly overcome by spiciness that dances on the tongue. Might prefer this one with food over a pint on my deck on a hot day. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Rami Rami is drinking a Golden Monkey by Victory Brewing Company at Powiśle Przyprawy w aromacie, pomieszane, pieprzowe, troche kolendrowe. W ustach slodko, dosc lekko, duzo co2. Serowo tez pachnie. Belgowie lepiej

Deep gold with a white head. Honey and floral aroma. Sweet malty, boozy and full bodied. Nice but could be drier.

Pretty middle of the road for taste, high abv and a bit heavy make this a one or two beer kind of brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours gold with a light haze. The white head soon fades. Aroma is bubblegum, apple juice, fresh dough, spice. Taste is mostly sweet but with a complex undertones: bubblegum, apple, plum, pepper, clove. An interesting mixture that works. The finish is long, dry, bittersweet, spicy, and warming. Body is medium with a nicely balanced carbonation. Excellent.
