COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Three hop varieties have added tremendous zest to this Pale Ale. After a soft and full floral nose, those juicy hops saturate the middle of this amber ale with more flowery fullness. The malt body punctuates the lingering hop richness of this one-of-a-kind ale.

Cat pee, grass, lemon zest, orange nose with marshmallow highlights. Cloudy copper, medium yellow head. Tea, grass, orange. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Decent, but doesnt taste very fresh, which rather defeats the purpose of a wet hop beer. Bottle is undated, and I dont recall sitting on it for very long.

Mild hoppy aroma with a little bit of green grass. Clear medium copper color with a white head. Drag racing business with a nice drying effect on the tongue. Overall the flavor is fairly mild, but quite tasty with a nice light malt backbone to support it. The flavor builds as you go and becomes a bit more intense. Very tasty and refreshing, but not quite as hoppy as I was expecting.

Pleasant flowered hop aroma. Darker pale copper color. Slight haze but clear. Only partial lacing. Nice hop bite, not overpowering. Bitterness over the entire palate. Hop lingers for some time after initial taste, surprisingly reamerging at the rear of the mouth. A nice Victory indeed.

Pours clear copper with a modest off white head. Nose is light earthy hops. Simcoe flavor hops dominate the flavor before fading to a generic pale ale.

Bottle from Capitol Beer. Pours clear copper with a creamy beige head. Hoppy aroma - citrus and stone fruit? Med body at least. Flavor is hoppy - citrus/light stone fruit/tea? Its towards dry and decently bitter. The (to me) complex hop flavor is tasty and intriguing. Good stuff.

12 oz. bottle from Liquor Barn (Jefferson Commons). Aroma: Light to moderate floral wet hop presence; lighter garden herbs and a touch of cereal. Appearance: Copper body with soft carbonation holding up a thick tan head that fades into a firm cap. Flavor: Healthy floral hop up front with cereal coming in thereafter; the finish has an herbal bitterness and is dry. Palate: Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: Even at a couple of months old, this is still a very nice ale. Id love to have this fresh next year, and will look to do so.

Pours a copper color with an off white sudsy head. Piney, floral aromas. Light bodied, quite dry with an intense piney hop character that lingers and hits the sides of the mouth. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled. Poured medium ambery-golden with a splotchy white head and some fine sediment suspended in there. The aroma picked up sweet caramel afeel and ccented by pine and orangey hops.. getting to be a little old, but nice. The flavor found tart orange and peppery notes over sweet caramel.. ok. Light-medium bodied with a decent feel and flow.

UPDATED: DEC 21, 2015 12oz bottle, poured into a snifter. The aroma is bright with citrus and floral notes and subtle bread and caramel undertones. The beer is a brilliant orange amber with a soft, white head that has good lace, and decent retention. The taste is a medium, balanced bittersweet. The texture is oily and slick with a foamy carbonation and a light body that?s flavored with bitter, juicy, citrus notes as well as bread and a light toffee. The finish is slick with bitter, waxy citrus and bread crust leading to an aftertaste that?s lightly astringent, and refreshing with bitter citrus.

Nose is mango, grass, pine. Flavor has a moderate bready/caramel malt presence to support the hops. Pretty simple but well balanced and tasty
