12 oz. bottle from Liquor Barn (Jefferson Commons). Aroma: Light to moderate floral wet hop presence; lighter garden herbs and a touch of cereal. Appearance: Copper body with soft carbonation holding up a thick tan head that fades into a firm cap. Flavor: Healthy floral hop up front with cereal coming in thereafter; the finish has an herbal bitterness and is dry. Palate: Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: Even at a couple of months old, this is still a very nice ale. I’d love to have this fresh next year, and will look to do so. dnstone (3410) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - DEC 20, 2015
Pours a copper color with an off white sudsy head. Piney, floral aromas. Light bodied, quite dry with an intense piney hop character that lingers and hits the sides of the mouth.

Bottled. Poured medium ambery-golden with a splotchy white head and some fine sediment suspended in there. The aroma picked up sweet caramel afeel and ccented by pine and orangey hops.. getting to be a little old, but nice. The flavor found tart orange and peppery notes over sweet caramel.. ok. Light-medium bodied with a decent feel and flow. ARH (1125) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 14, 2015
UPDATED: DEC 21, 2015 12oz bottle, poured into a snifter. The aroma is bright with citrus and floral notes and subtle bread and caramel undertones. The beer is a brilliant orange amber with a soft, white head that has good lace, and decent retention. The taste is a medium, balanced bittersweet. The texture is oily and slick with a foamy carbonation and a light body that?s flavored with bitter, juicy, citrus notes as well as bread and a light toffee. The finish is slick with bitter, waxy citrus and bread crust leading to an aftertaste that?s lightly astringent, and refreshing with bitter citrus. hopwine (670) - brooklynzzzzz, New York, USA - DEC 5, 2015
Nose is mango, grass, pine. Flavor has a moderate bready/caramel malt presence to support the hops. Pretty simple but well balanced and tasty

Pours with a nice white head, caramel in color. The aroma is powerful, citrus, light floral. Very nice! Nice medium body ale with a sweet caramel malt, well balanced citrus flavor and smooth finish. Very well done. tillmac62 (734) - Gaffney, South Carolina, USA - DEC 4, 2015
EBD 3/7/16. Clear medium amber (dark copper) pour. World class head volume, lacing and retention.
Delicious world class nose of hops over a light biscuit with a touch of caramel. Citrus, pine, tropical - you name it, it’s there.
Light body with a smooth texture plus some oily hop resin. Normal carbonation with a bit of effervescence in the middle and a fair burst in the finish.
The flavor profile is outstanding. It begins with a wave of blended hop flavor that, like the nose, runs the full hop spectrum. Bitterness is quite tame and arrives in the middle with a balancing biscuit that is perfectly balanced - not sweet, but there. As the finish approaches, light caramel notes appear as does just a touch of herbal pepper. The finish provides the strongest citric element as a subtle rind bitterness lingers. Bottle. Clear Amber with a big fluffy head. A crisp hoppy punch balanced with a strong malt base. Light caramel, tea, spice, citrus. Very good, fresh, full flavor but, very sessionable.

Bottle-tulip. Deep orange with moderate offwhite head. A: dank floral and citrus hops, caramel malt. T: musk, resin, pine hops, caramel malt. Decent, though a little too much sock sweat here.
