COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Three hop varieties have added tremendous zest to this Pale Ale. After a soft and full floral nose, those juicy hops saturate the middle of this amber ale with more flowery fullness. The malt body punctuates the lingering hop richness of this one-of-a-kind ale.

Pours a clear golden brown on tap with dissipating off-white head that leaves good lace. Aroma of big resinous hops with hint of bready pale malt, slight soapiness. Taste is more toward the hoppy end, big piney and citrus notes. Soft carbonation, medium body, good stuff.

12oz bottle from Bottles and Cans. Amber pour with an off-white head leaving some lacing. Aroma has raw hops. Bracing, bitter, fresh, fruity and oily. Taste is of quite dank grapefruit rinds, salty, chewy resin, whole hop cones, herbs and pine all on a solid malt base. The maltiness comes into the fight periodically, but the raw hops and resin win out. Light to medium bodied, fairly crisp, yet somewhat sticky. Finishes much more bitter than sweet, and chewy. A lot of stuff in this one for the abv, yet also managed to take an extremely hoppy brew, and maintain that Victory sweet malt presence. Nice effort for the season. 14.5

Bottle dated: Enjoy by 07 Mar 2016, for an 6.5% APA, makes me think this was bottled this week, could be wrong, eh, no worries, here’s the rest. Treated as an APA, this was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a hazy bronzed brown color with one finger white foamy head that dissipated fairly quickly. Lacing was semi-thick in a messy sort of way. The smell started off with a slick resinous oily deep dark pine, fresh and green almost as if it was plucked just yesterday. The taste was sweet to bitter oily slick faded green leafy hops (just look up dank in the beer dictionary, it’ll tell you what dank really means). Malts, what malts, if there’s malts in this, they’re nowhere substantially displaying any kind of flavor. Yes, there’s a sweet to spicy to bitter danky aftertaste. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with an okay sessionability about it. Hop oils split my tongue practically in half with pungent sticky bitterness enslaving my tongue. Overall, the more I think about it, the more I think this had to have been bottled this week. As much as I don’t mind the "enjoy by" date, sometimes, a born on date at least with the "wet hopped" APA’s might be more useful. Still, I’d have this again.

I can not pin the aroma down. Somewhat dirty sock and citrus. The flavor though is really unique. Slightly malty and sweet with a nice hop character. Not sure which they used but I really like it. Pours reddish copper with a white head.

Outstanding aroma and taste. One of the best fresh hopped brews. 6.5% ABV is reasonable for the solid body.

Sampled from a bottle, this ale had a clear dark copper pour and presented a one finger off-white head that lowered to a layer of bubbles and ring, it left nice lacing on the glass, the nose had aromas of grass, grapefruit and guava citrus hops, toasted malt, light fruit and malt sweetness, the flavors were toasted malt, citrus and grapefruit hops with a little malt sweetness, it had a light to medium citrus hop bitterness at the finish that was drying on the tongue, a little malt trailed, the mouth feel was light and creamy, it had average carbonation, a tasty drink with nice grass and citrus hops with toasted malt.
