Needed a pale to go with some curry I got to go. Bottle. Not a big fan of the hop bombs so I figured I’d give this a go. Nice lace and an unclear gold. Not copper at all. lots of floral and a mellow grapefruit overtone. Hints of almonds or something but as I delved in became more like a cedar. Not to shabby. Would buy again. crazyvin (2026) - New York, USA - NOV 9, 2012
A clear golden body with a nice white head that had decent retention and lacing. Aroma had a nice citrus hop profile with nice bread malts. There was a slight hint of pine hops to it. Flavor was nice and bitter, not dominating like an IPA, but still assertive. Hops were mainly citrus but there was just enough pine to balance it out. Bread malts were decent. A nice easy to drink beer, terrific session ale. jonno (2762) - JAPAN - NOV 8, 2012
Big, bold hoppy beer - but the charming bitter, not in any way overbearing. Lots of tangerine, grapefruit, with a moderate biscuit malt body. medium length. Mat42m (160) - Lincoln, Nebraska, USA - NOV 7, 2012
very floral aroma. sort of herbal citrus up front. very hoot big body beret with strong lingering finish.

This pale ale poured a nice golden colour with a medium sized, white, foamy head. Very small amount of lacing. To the nose there are scents of citrus hops, cut grass and pineapple. First sip was very hoppy/bitter with cirtus hops attacking the tastebuds. Finish is thin with citrus and bread flavours lingering. UDBeernut (2883) - Saint Johns, Florida, USA - NOV 4, 2012
cask. orange hue capped by a white head with good retention. Nose of pine, grapefruit, and lemon. body has a solid malt base with light caramel. Finish has amble bitterness and citrus punch. This beer went down fast. baraciisch (3239) - California, USA - NOV 2, 2012
Orange in color... Aroma of floral hops... Flavor is caramel malts, light hops, not as dry as I’m used to but then again, it is the east coast... Minimal hops on the palate... Okay at best rcasta (864) - EL SALVADOR - NOV 2, 2012

12 oz bottle. Pours amber with a long lasting white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of citrusy hops, orange marmalade caramel and biscuit malt. Body is medium and crisp. Citrusy, earthy hops dominate the palate while caramel and biscuit malt and ripe fruit provide support. Finish is long, grapefruity. Delicious brew.
