Beautiful floral aroma leads into a taste that is precisely as it smells: hoppy, and sweet... and delicate until you pause for a few seconds. Slightly bitter aftertaste, but very forgivable coming from this excellent beer.

Victory cold-cocks all of your senses with hoppiness. I can drink this all night and not get bored. They may be THE brewery for hopheads.

UPDATED: JUL 20, 2007 Amber pour, small white head. Biscuit aroma with citrus and floral hops. Taste is slight sweet crystal malts, resiny hops, citrus and some floral. The sweetness is balanced with the hops pretty well although it could be toned down a notch.

Amber coloured beer with a medium head. The aroma is fruity. Iit has a nice bitter hoppiness that is not over the top. I found a touch of caramel in the finish.

Calling Dr. pjk33! You’ve got the brew I’m thinkin’ of...! An extremely enjoyable IPA. Just the right balance of hops and sweetness. A beer I could revisit. Yummy!

Hops are front and center in this IPA. Smoky, sweet, spicy and savory, they run through the beer from first sight to last lingering finish. A substantial beer in the mouth, this IPA is accordingly "big" on the nose with accents of pine, nectarine, and thyme. A complex, intriguing, and unabashed beer. Love the hops, love the sheer weight of this one.

Bottled: Dark golden coloured. Clear. Fluffe huge light beige head., Fruits, hops and flowers in the aroma. Flavour of herbs, hobs and light spices. Ends on a delicous dry bitterness. One of the best IPA’s I’ve had. Thanks to Springslicker for sending this.

12oz bottle: Pours a dark amber with an off white head. Has a very nice hoppy aroma that stands out. Has flavors of pine, hops and spices. My favorite IPA ( so far ).
