Dark Orange/Amber Color, small head with medium carbonation. Citrus/hop nose with a little spice aroma. Initial malt flavor immediately turning to beautiful hops. Very nice IPA.

Orange/amber pour with a medium light tan head and light lacing. Tons of hops and some citrus in the aroma with a touch of pepper. Hops all over the toungue but still well balanced with malts and slighly sweet fruit - apples & subtle oranges. Finish was aggressively bitter but not unpleasantly so. Unlike some others, I thought the alcohol was pretty well hidden. As usual, I cant seem to find much wrong with yet another Victory beer.

Poured a deep, cloudy amber body with a small but bubbly head. Very pungent aroma of fresh, floral hops. Taste is citrusy fruits with lots of bitterness. Very solid brew and a great value.

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2005 A great IPA for anyone stuck in Pittsburgh. Unmistakable as Victory, and refreshingly smooth/pleasant.

Bottle. Short head after an aggressive pour. Little carbonation in this rather clear, reddish ale. Spicy orange, as many IPAs have. Mouth is smooth at first, with lots of bitterness second. Almost taste some gouda cheese -like smokey flavor. Bitterness lingers without overhoppiness. Not sure if its devilish, but it is certainly good.

I decent hopped ale with a nice amber color to it. Nice aroma and pleasant taste.

UPDATED: DEC 11, 2004 Hop Devil is amber--almost the same color as the bottle--beer. Pours with a rich, foamy off white head. Lots of bubbles and foam dissipate slowly leaving a thick pattern of lace along the rim. Aroma is rich and hoppy with malty bursts in the nose. I dont know how a hop field smells but Id imagine its similar to the aroma of this beer. Flavor is, once again, full of hops. Initial malty sweetness coats the palate but quickly yields to tangy hops bitterness. Notes of alcohol permeate this beer, as do grapefruit, pine, and Scotch flavors. Overall, this is a nice, complex beer with plenty to love about it. The bottle I sampled expired a month ago and still this beer is full of flavor.

Super Duper IPA. Havent had one of these in about 4 years or so I decided to Treat myself. I am glad I did... Just as good as I remembered it!

Pours slightly dark amber with decent fluffy head. Big pine citrus aroma. Initial light sweet malt taste turns to hops quickly. Very well balanced, full bodied beer. Great lacing. Could very easily be a fridge staple.
