Nose of citris and light caramel biscuit malts. Light toffee colour with thin head. Decent hop bitterness with some caramel toffee malt flavours present. Very smooth with good balance. Nice syrupy texture. Easy drinking.

355ml bottle (bb 3 Jul 2017) shared with mother at home on 30 Apr 2017, from Appellation Wines, Dalry Road, Edinburgh, floral, caramel, pine aroma, amber with a good beige head, fruity, toffee, viscous, sweet leading to a bittersweet hop finish.

I am not big on aromas, but this one has a strong pleasant, hoppy scent with a hint of fruit. In fact I liked it more than the taste - which was typical bitter IPA, with bitter aftertaste. Not spicy (though it claims to be). I don’t like spicy beers so this was actually a positive for me. Overall, it is better than some of the IPAs I have tried, though Troegs Blizzard of Hops has a better taste in my opinion.

Hazy dark ochre liquid, average head. Light, fruity aroma of hops. Medium body, strong carbonation. Taste is bitter.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass at Taco Mac in Peachtree City. The appearance is a slightly cloudy copper color with a medium sized off-white colored head. The aroma is citrus hops. The taste is similar to the nose, citrus and some slight malt in the background. An excellent IPA.

Tried in bottle before, this time on tap at TNT. Unfortunately the glass it was served in had a stale B.O. aroma that took a while to clear, but once it did I got plenty of pine and sweet malts, old school east coast. Great looking clear bronze and lacing. Flavour as expected, piney and sweet, balanced well for easy drinking. Sharpish carbonation with moderate bitterness. No bells and whistles, just a clean strong IPA you could drink a few of no problem.

Fules (1370) - Gyöngyös, HUNGARY - MAR 21, 2017
Kicsi, nem túl tartós hab, félbarna szín. Intenzív, déligyümölcsös, grapefruitos, mandarinos illatok, némi karamellel és virágos beütéssel. Kandiscukros, grapefruitos, citrusos ízvilág, markáns fenyős és fűszeres aromával. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, erősen keserű. Finom, intenzív ízekkel rendelkező sör, jó arányokkal és egyensúllyal.

12 oz bottle pours clear amber. Nose of mandarin, resin, pine. Taste is more sweet resin, and hoppy finish

Nitro pour at brewery. Amber body, slight haze, soft creamy head. Malts dominate the aroma, brown bread, pumpernickel. Niterness slowly comes in st the taste, malts still prevalent. Not as hoppy as you would think based on the name. More English.
