I am not big on aromas, but this one has a strong pleasant, hoppy scent with a hint of fruit. In fact I liked it more than the taste - which was typical bitter IPA, with bitter aftertaste. Not spicy (though it claims to be). I don’t like spicy beers so this was actually a positive for me. Overall, it is better than some of the IPAs I have tried, though Troegs Blizzard of Hops has a better taste in my opinion. Wixie (717) - BELGIUM - APR 1, 2017
Hazy dark ochre liquid, average head. Light, fruity aroma of hops. Medium body, strong carbonation. Taste is bitter. ordybill (1815) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - APR 1, 2017
Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass at Taco Mac in Peachtree City. The appearance is a slightly cloudy copper color with a medium sized off-white colored head. The aroma is citrus hops. The taste is similar to the nose, citrus and some slight malt in the background. An excellent IPA. mrjez (772) - Osaka, JAPAN - MAR 31, 2017
Tried in bottle before, this time on tap at TNT. Unfortunately the glass it was served in had a stale B.O. aroma that took a while to clear, but once it did I got plenty of pine and sweet malts, old school east coast. Great looking clear bronze and lacing. Flavour as expected, piney and sweet, balanced well for easy drinking. Sharpish carbonation with moderate bitterness. No bells and whistles, just a clean strong IPA you could drink a few of no problem. Fules (1503) - Gyöngyös, HUNGARY - MAR 21, 2017
Kicsi, nem túl tartós hab, félbarna szín. Intenzív, déligyümölcsös, grapefruitos, mandarinos illatok, némi karamellel és virágos beütéssel. Kandiscukros, grapefruitos, citrusos ízvilág, markáns fenyős és fűszeres aromával. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, erősen keserű. Finom, intenzív ízekkel rendelkező sör, jó arányokkal és egyensúllyal.

Nitro pour at brewery. Amber body, slight haze, soft creamy head. Malts dominate the aroma, brown bread, pumpernickel. Niterness slowly comes in st the taste, malts still prevalent. Not as hoppy as you would think based on the name. More English. john44 (3544) - SW London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 6, 2017
Bottle. Dark Amber in colour. Very Hoppy; very piney, very resinous oily hops; aromatic spicy hops. Fruity; citrus-lemon and bitter grapefruit. Malty; caramel, toffee, toasty malts. Very very bitter bitter hoppy throughout. Mouth puckering. Very dry bitter finish. One for hopheads. Liked this. Nice beer! (2009-05)

355 ml bottle. Pours a clear amber with a large off-white head. The aroma is medium malty - caramel, breadish - with light note of hop - pine and citric fuits. Medium body with a low carbonation, a light sweetness and a light to medium bitterness. The taste is malty - caramel, toasted biscuit - with some piny hop notes, hints of peach. Overall a very clean and very balanced IPA but nothing overly exciting. Villyzzz (470) - Espoo, FINLAND - JAN 25, 2017
