Bold, spicy and menacingly delicious, this American-hopped India Pale Ale offers an aromatic punch and then follows through with a lasting, full-bodied finish.

12 oz. bottle served in a pilsner glass. Best by March 13, 2012. A: Pours a solid amber color one fluffy off white head forming on the pour. The head sticks around for quite some time and leaves nice sticky webbings of lace. S: The smell is very caramel malt based with some pine and light citrus fruits popping up in there. T: The taste is dominated by a sweet bready and toffee malt with some minimal piney notes as well light citrus mingling in there. There is a touch of some floral nights that do brighten it up a bit, but still not enough. M: The mouthfeel is solid, a tad on the lighter side. The body has tons of lively carbonation to it. The taste has some decent linger to it, but its nothing special. O: Typical malt forward East Coast IPA. A solid beer, but pretty average for the style. Nothing really makes it stand apart from the solid malt base and light hop variations. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 01-18-2012

UPDATED: JAN 3, 2017 Bottle at home. Deep copper/mahagony colour. Small white head disappears fast. Nose is hoppy, honey like. Very intense. Some notes of acacia. Taste is hoppy bitterness, light caramel and burnt sugars. This beer might have been a superstar, but it disappointed me right now.

For the love of Hops. Big beer with that IPA hop resin profile I was after. Good length with a solid upfront nose and nice white head when poured. I will be back

Wonderfully and very balanced IPA. Beer pours a nice amber/red hue and the awoma is definitely citrus and pine. Aroma is floral hops, taste is floral and citrus hops on a strong malt background.

Bottle@Ohranjyv, Tampere, Finland. Balanced, US style sweet, still distinctive IPA with milky or avocado nuances. Light/medium body with medium/light carbonation. Overall, definitely not the best of its style, still characteristic Victory.

Medium amber color. Spiced apple pie, oranges. Medium full body with tons of orange pekoe, spiced apples and caramel. Modest hoppy finish. Well executed
