3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Clear golden color with a thin white head. Aroma is strong citrus hops. Flavor is very hop forward without too much balance. It’s a bit green with a slight oily bitterness in the finish. Pretty nice IPA though.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – Served an orange-amber colored brew with a tiny white head. The head fades fast to leave a nice level of lacing.
Smell – The aroma is bready with notes of caramel mixed within. Along with these aromas is a nice blend of hops. The hop aromas are mainly of a floral nature but also contain some smells of a pine and herbal aromas as well.
Taste – The taste begins with a smoother malty and lightly caramel sweetened taste with notes of a pine hop. The pine grows a bit stronger toward the middle of the taste with the sweeter and maltier flavors losing some of their ground. Lighter citrus hop and some herbal flavors join the profile more toward the end. All the flavors, when combined in the end, create a moderately bitter hop flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the light to medium side for a 7% abv IPA in terms of it creaminess and thickness with a carbonation level that is rather average. Pretty good for the style and it made for a rather fast drinking brew.
Overall – While it is nothing that is out of the park it is a nice IPA and one to try if you can find it. Ratman197 (15204) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - SEP 23, 2013

I am always thankful when people provide beer to the adults in attendance of their children’s birthday parties. Such was the case at my niece’s third birthday. Thanks to my brother. Poured a dark yellow with a white head. The scent is fruit and grain. Excellent carbonated bite. The finish is a just touch too bitter for my liking. Decent Beer. Had this at Jean Bonnet and glad I did as it not available in Bottles. this is a really great IPA, with plenty of hops but still crisp and clean.

Growler from Joe Chantal’s in Lawrenceville, NJ. Amber gold color topped by a big bubbly white head. Citrus and pine hop nose. Peppery hops dominate the palate upfront. Nice toasted malt flavor comes through in mid-taste. Finish is brief and dry with citrus hoppiness. Garbageman (487) - Lexington, South Carolina, USA - MAY 15, 2013
From tap. Pours a hazy golden color with white head. Aroma was a wonderful bread with citrus and floral hops. Taste follows with a fresh hop and sweet malt balance. Clean and crisp and not too heavy.

Last stop of Sat. night at the Old Toad They ran out of the Great Lakes stout so I chose this. Poured amber color with a medium sized, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus, pine, caramel, and toffee. Taste of citrus, light pine, some caramel, grapefruit, and some gritty yeast in the finish. I had it with ’Chips’, our usual snack there. closey22 (2031) - Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, USA - MAY 11, 2013
