Pours an amber clear with an inch to inch and a half of pure white head out of a growler into a home brew glass.
Aroma is very citrusy and grassy, smells just like fresh centennial or cascade hops. Definitely smells like it was dry hopped very well, also comes through in the finish.
Flavor is also citrus and grass, kind of has a simcoe like flavor, a little skunky, in a good way. Very hoppy but not overly bitter. Malt flavor is small but still some what present.
Finish lingers the taste of delicious hop aroma that almost coats the tongue.
Over all this is a delicious ipa that I would definitely suggest to any hop head and will definitely buy again, if I can find it. closey22 (2155) - Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, USA - MAY 11, 2013
Light amber with lasting foamy lacy off-white head; aroma of hops for summery ball game hops; Flava is delish hops profile that lasts and lasts well into the finish; feels medium and a bit creamy. Capa (3754) - DC, Washington DC, USA - DEC 17, 2012
Clear copper with a large, off-white, head. Aroma is Earthy hops, grass, medium malt backbone. Medium bodied with a nice carbonation bite. Flavor is grassy, light herbal, hop resin, light caramel, and a decent toasted malt backdrop. Finish has a nice bitter bite. A full flavored, not overly sweet, rustic hop IPA. Very enjoyable. kassner (1787) - Wexford, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 13, 2013
Had this at Jean Bonnet and glad I did as it not available in Bottles. this is a really great IPA, with plenty of hops but still crisp and clean. callmemickey (4561) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 24, 2012
Clear golden orange body moderate white head solid sheet like lacing. Nose shows off the blend of us and euro hops. Ultimately, a German pilsener hop profile wins out.. which ain’t a bad thing from Victory. Flavor shows similar notes... some pine and noble hops. Medium bodied. Appropriate carbonation. And a moderately bitter finish.

From tap. Pours a hazy golden color with white head. Aroma was a wonderful bread with citrus and floral hops. Taste follows with a fresh hop and sweet malt balance. Clean and crisp and not too heavy.

Casked at barcade. Aroma of great pine hops. Pours light brown with a creamy blanket of head. Taste just like it smells. Great pine hop with a solid malt back. A little lame on finish but a great IPA. ganache (6138) - New Jersey, USA - MAR 22, 2013
Tap. Huge, bustling hoppy nose, grapefruit and heavy orange and even good base malt. Really bringing out the goodness of the rind. Pours gradient golden with a sticky off-white head. Taste is lightly sweet and medially bitter, beautiful rounded hoppiness, sticky with resin, but smooth and non-aggressive (hah), alcohol is about right, clean medium body. Super, super quaffer when fresh. DocLock (11258) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 16, 2013
Draft at Craft Ale House. Poured hazy dark straw with off-white head. Nose was bready pale malt, hopcitrus, Simcoey hops, with some citric and funky notes. Tasted complex, dense on the palate, very hoppy, citric, with mid-palate funky notes and a solid pale malt flavor. This one was very good.
