Nice golden colour with some head. Aroma of citrus fruit and hops. Nice hop bitterness with a light body. A good, crisp pilsner, I’ll have to get some for summer. BeerPrince (1701) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 8, 2005
Beautiful pilsner. Very slight haze, golden colour with a big lasting white head. Aroma of bread and hops. Smooth and dry on the palate with a gentle carbonation. A nice balance of hops and malts. ampp (155) - Cleveland, Ohio, USA - MAR 5, 2005
Trying a single 12 ounce bottle. Pine forest and citrus is the aroma. Pours a light gold/yellow. White frothy head that dissolves in a few minutes. Lemon citrus and hops stand out in the flavor. A little watery, but still enough flavor to put a smile on your face. Finishes with a slight hop bitterness. It would be easy to drink several of these. A good Pils.. Pale yellow color with a small white head and good lacing. There was more smell to this beer than taste.

Light, Heineckeny product with a salty, crackery taste that finishes with a hoppy hint. Not a favorite, but I’m not a Pilsner man.

This one pours out golden-orange and the aroma is of a floral perfume. The white head disappears quickly leaving a small lacing on the glass. The flavor is hoppy bitter citrus and leaves you with a dry lingering hoppy finish. I enjoyed this one very much. Try it. kwoeltje (2233) - Manchester, Missouri, USA - FEB 24, 2005
(bottle) Hazy gold with nice white head. Floral hops aroma. Flavor is mostly hops and a distinct flavor of raspberry. ChrisPants (317) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - FEB 22, 2005
Smells pilsy. Looks pilsy. "Heaps o’ hops?" How about "Smattering of Saaz?" Must admit that the creamy (dangerously smooth finishing) mouthfeel of this brew is the only thing keeping it away from the pee-water brews most ratebeerians detest. Okay warm-weather session, for swilling while jumping off a pontoon boat, but I wouldn’t try to muscle this past any serious northern-latitude drinker in the middle months of winter. green (186) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - FEB 21, 2005
UPDATED: MAY 12, 2007 Massive white head that will not disiipate and forms Alps-like structures, yellow in a pilsner glass. Slightly hoppy, sweet aroma. Very hoppy flavor profile, a bit sweet with hints of dark fruits. Complex. Finishes in balance of bitterness and light caramel. Was looking for a world class American pilsner and found it. Wonderful. A superior Pilsner which tastes like the perfect combination of hops and malt. Flavor is very full and smooth on the palate. Highly enjoyable.
