Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

This is one of the best pilsners out there hands down. It pours an nice golden hazy color and retains a full head. Has a grassy aroma to it, with hints of lemon. This brew has a rich aromatic hoppy taste which makes this a trully exceptional excellent brew.

UPDATED: APR 28, 2004 Solid golden color with a huge foamy white head. Looks exactly what the ideal pilsner should look like. Aroma is kinda grassy, almost like hay, but then again, I seem to always feel pilsners have that smell to them. Has a dry biting taste to it with almost a spicy climax as it goes down your throat and leaves a little hoppy aftertaste at the end. Overall, a good pilsner, but nothing I would consider great.

A very good pils. Pours gold with good head and lacing. Aromas of hops, citrus, and underlying malt. Finishes very smooth, slightly dry, with blasts of hops and slight citrus. Great pils.

On draft at Johnny Brendas for Happy Hour. The barman was upstairs, still the chef came over to pour a pint. Straight up Pilsner, one to make the Krauts proud.

Floral nose. Hoppy with a bit of corn (but in a good way) flavor. If this was my first Pils I'd like the style.

Pale yellow with a medium head. Hops, hops, and more hops dominate the aroma and flavor. Typically, I am all for hops, but these hops taste like they were sitting in a sock drawer. It's a little on the dry side at the finish. I wanted to like it, but it just tasted like it was water that had hops sit in it for 10 minutes.

Golden color, nice head. Aroma is truly pilsner with a bit more hoppyness. The flavour od the german malts provides a strong backbone for generous hopping. Finish is dry, crisp and very drinkable. One of the world's best pilsners.

UPDATED: APR 26, 2004 Hazy golden yellow with a medium diminishing white head. Mostly floral aroma with hints of light bread, honey, lemon, and straw. Medium slightly creamy body with a moderate amount of carbonation. Refreshing. Mostly bitter flavor of light bread, citrus, pepper, and some wood/pine. I usually don't like pilseners much, but this one is very good.

UPDATED: MAY 15, 2008 Pours a beautiful golden with a thick, fluffy white head. Aroma is grassy, floral, grainy, herbal and a tad musky. Flavor has notes of fresh grain/pils malt , lemon, grassy noble hops and a satisfying bitter hop bite. Mouthfeel is medium and creamy with lively carbonation. My everyday "go-to" pils. I love this stuff.
