Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

Bottle at Brewers Beer Bar, Göteborg. Clear golden beer with a nice offwhite head. Hoppy fruity aroma, grass, bready, hay, citrus notes. Hoppy caramel flavor, citrus, hay, floral, a bit artificial.

Fantastic pilsner. Hop-heavy with good malt background and a lot of style.

Very pale yellow, not much head. Rubbery, grassy hoppy nose. Harsh, malty flavor. Some late hoppyness and a bit of sugar. Suprise to have such a bulk from craft brewery.

jtclockwork (17284) - , New Jersey, USA - JUL 2, 2013
Bottle. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose and taste of lemon bread, lemongrass, spicy malt, big pine hops, lightly salted bread and dry hay. Medium body.

Bottle, 12oz, at Copenhagen Beer Festival. A clear, almost golden beer with a decent white head. Lovely nose with citrusy hops doing most of the job, but supported by pale malts. Fine flavor of citrusy, piney hops blending with the pale malts that add some sweetness. Fine bitterness too, with a lasting finish. Nicely carbonated, medium body and rather dry. A lovely pils, giving the finger to Scandinavian pilsners. (Or "pilsners"). (090516)

Keg (Kitty’s, Helsinki)
Sweet fruity aroma. Pale, brief small head. Watery palate, a bit fizzy. Sweet malts, a bit fruity. Slightly starchy finish, some graininess. Pretty boring lager, but drinkable. Finishes a bit watery. I can actually taste the carbonic acid, which is never a good sign. Boring fizzy swill, unbelievably over-rated.

brokensail (16645) - Dublin, California, USA - AUG 26, 2012
Clear golden color with a fluffy white head. Excellent nose of floral and spicy hops along with biscuit and bready malts. A touch of yeast with some light esters. Plenty of citrus peel and even a light earthiness. The flavor is crisp and dry. Nice cracker and biscuit malt notes balanced by the citrus zest, floral, and spicy hop flavors. A touch more bitter than you’d normally expect from a pilsener, though. Very clean and well balanced.

Dedollewaitor (16387) - Odense, DENMARK - MAY 18, 2009
Bottle @ Kbh festival 2009. Pours a slight unclear golden with a small frothy head. Hoppy, grassy and grainy. Very german like. Dry and grassy taste. Clean and well hopped. Medium bodied. Crisp and nice.

MiP (15973) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAY 27, 2009
Bottle at KØ09. OK hop aroma, weakly citric. Clear golden colour. Distinct bitterness, slightly rough and quite clean. Apart from the bitterness, it is slightly boring.
