12-oz. One of the classics of the American craft brewing revolutions, I know. But it’s really just ok. Pours crystal clear medium gold with a fluffy, spritzy platinum blonde head. Settles quickly to just a smear. Plenty of attractive rising carb. Big skunky nose. Probably not their fault, but there’s very little left here in the way of hop aroma. Medium/light watery body, lots of artichokes and skunk on the mid-palate. There’s a little bit of hay and biscuit in there as well to show it’s not completely broken, but this beer is really not ready for prime time. dlovell2 (2213) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - AUG 26, 2008
Golden color with white head. Crisp Floral Hops aroma. Pine hops taste. Not the best product from Victory. Steinface (77) - Hatfield, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 27, 2008
Pours golden with a quick fading white head. A much more full pilsner. Slow drinking, but very nice. fonefan (50004) - VestJylland, DENMARK - SEP 2, 2008

Aroma is a sweet malt scent that reminds me of a command premium American Pilsener. Color is a light bright gold with good carbonation and a white head that drops down thin. Taste is, wow way bitter. Starting with a light body it goes down with a crisp feel. Finish jumps out hoppy with some sweetness and then a bold bitterness with just a hint of malt. After taste is bitterness with a foamy feel. This may be the hoppiest Pilsner I have ever had. doubelknv3 (1093) - Illinois, USA - OCT 15, 2008
Clear, yellow / straw color with white frothy head...carbonated. Floral, grain / straw, and mild citrus notes. Floral, citrus, and grain flavours. Full bodied with medium bitter finish. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 18, 2008
Bottle at home - shared with Mette. Clear yellow - white head. Clean pilsner malty, white head, hay, light wet hay, nice hoppy, but not that fresh, bitterness, high bitterness, light grass, light cardboard, citruc, light crispyness. OK. Alphadelic (2249) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAR 21, 2009
UPDATED: MAR 26, 2009 Bloody light, almost fluorescent with a puffy white head.
Slightly limey cereals. Lightly sweet and crisp.
Good hops, lightly drying. Limes appear again with oiled piney notes.
Good levels of carbonation give wee tickles to the tongue. A good dryness assaults the back of the throat.
I’m not huge on pilsener but this is a delightful one. j12601 (12980) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - MAY 7, 2009
On tap at the Peekskill Brewery. Pours a clear yellow with a medium white head. Citrus, sweetness, and some grain on the notes. Thin to medium bodied, with more citrus coming through. Finishes light and grainy, with a light bitterness.
