COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

An incredible clear yellow color. Another great appearance for a Victory brew, yet I was not as impressed by the aroma or flavor. The aroma an flavor immediately reminded me of Grolsh, which I am not a fan of. Also, the beer had a tremendous amount of carbonation.

Sweet bread and sugar pops cereal(?) in the nose. Crisp tiny bubbles. Very smooth and drinkable, slighty bitter finish.

Head to head with 3 Floyds Burnham Pilsner. Cloudy lemon, huge frothy head. Tangy hoppy mouth feel. . .bitter finish. . .lingering citrus notes complete a pretty good beer.

Very light golden color with a light sweet smell. Smooth and creamy flavor on the light side with some pop to it.

Excellent Pilsner; these guys at Victory really know their stuff. Strong hops and a nice malt follow.

A really interesting take on a classic style. Yellow beer meets IPA. I am typically not a hoppy beer lover. I find most IPA's too flowery or too sticky. THIS beer definately packs a punch of hops, but finishes surprisingly smooth.

I guess I'm just not a fan of this style, but this definitely has more character than most. Very sweet with a nice dry hoppy finish.

UPDATED: NOV 10, 2005 (Bottle) Pours a clear golden color with a large frothy white head. Has a citrus aroma and a descent citrus flavor. Good pilsener.

Golden color and impressive hoppy flavor with grapefruit. Not my style, much better than I was expecting.

a very light golden color that held a very small head for a short time. The aroma is quietly hoppy. Thee beer carried a nice carbonation and had a bit of bite on the tounge. The flavor is a crisp bitterness which is not surprising as even the smell contained the hoppy warning. The flavor was rather refreshing but not overly suited to my own tastes
