Cask at the brewery alongside a delicious burger
A: Pours a light transparent copper color with a fluffy white cap. Retention is good.
S: A well balanced example. Citrus, light pine, and a bit of earthy hops are balanced with pale malts and earthy spices. A little bread on the end as well.
T: Light bitterness, delicate pale malt base, citrusy/ earthy/ spicy hops. Well balanced, and very nice flavor.
MF/D: Lighter body, prickly carbonation, spicy hops finish
Notes: Very good beer, pairs well with food from the bar. Recommend on cask vs on-tap kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 22, 2011
Cask, at brewpub. Pours a cloudy light copper with a nice creamy cask conditioned light beige head. Nice fresh hoppy nose, grassy and floral with some light caramel malt below. The flavor is floral and leafy hops with just enough toasty and lightly caramel malt. Nice lightly yeasty undertone. Lingering light bitterness. Mouthfeel is lighter bodied with perfect cask conditioning. Served at the perfect temp. Very nice, super fresh and perfectly hopped. jcwattsrugger (12506) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUL 22, 2011

Victory Pursuit Pale Ale - 5.5%
Had at Lititz cask ale festival 10/29/10,
this cask was dry-hopped with Simcoe and Citra.
Super hazy orange color with small off-white head. Nice lacing.
Great floral hop aroma with hints of grass.
Taste is kick of hops with some carmel malt, citris and grass.
Smooth pale ale, light mouthfeel with bitter finish but very drinkable and enjoyable apa. mansquito (6722) - Nueva York, New York, USA - SEP 27, 2010
Hop Devil, NYC ($3.25 happy hour): Light copper color with an off-white head. Aroma is heavily infused with piny hops. The taste follows suit, but buffers it with a malt backbone. Hops are piny and earthy. I completely disagree with the reviewer who thought that the hops were overshadowed by the malts, as I found this beer to be generally well-balanced. A crisp beer, that would be nice at virtually any time. hopdog (12833) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 23, 2010
