Pours a golden amber color. Aromas of floral hops, some sweetness, and a touch of fruit. Flavors of hops, pine and citrus. Light body with a bittersweet finish and long aftertaste. Darkmagus82 (2303) - - AUG 22, 2014

Appearance: This pours a light and clear color, indicative of a macro lager, with lots of bubbles flying toward the surface. There’s some good lacing going on.
Smell: Mild for a DIPA and even for an IPA, there’s some floral and citrus notes in the smell. There’s a bitter note in there--maybe lemon.
Taste: The citrus (lemon particularly but also orange) flavors are excellent. There is a lot of great hop flavor, and it’s bitter, but it’s also very drinkable. The alcohol is concealed very well, and it’s really quite flavorful.
Mouthfeel: This goes down easy, the alcohol is well concealed, and while dry, it finishes clean and with a touch of sweetness from the citrus. Thickness and carbonation are balanced.
Overall: This is a very good DIPA even though it’s not a "hop bomb" by most standards. The flavors work well here, the alcohol is well concealed, the beer goes down easy, the mouthfeel is good, and even though it’s very hoppy it always seems to be somehow balanced. I’d look for this again.

Liquid gold. Light/medium body with heavy citrus/lemon notes. Punches you in the palate with fresh hop flavor...not overly bitter. Just smooth and splendid. Strife21 (338) - North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 10, 2013
UPDATED: OCT 27, 2013 Pours Amber, slightly hazy with a half inch of white foamy head that does down and laces glass.
Hoppy, grass and pine aroma.
Bitter with strong notes of pine and a grassy floral taste. Not super complex but good.
Medium body, medium carbonation with a smooth silky mouthfeel. travita (5008) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 5, 2013
The look is clear, whitish head, golden in color. The smell is resin, grassy, hops, fruits, dry, and more hops. The taste is hops, bitterness, fruit, and grassy. Super hoppy.

On tap at the Holy Grail. Orange with a white head. The aroma and flavor are not really what I expected in this one. I get a little orange citrus in the aroma as well as some biscuit malt. The flavor is where I am a bit disappointed. I get a strong grassy character as well as a huge amount of bitterness. I wish there was more hop flavor and less bitterness so the beer was easier to drink. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Pint at Dutch's. Has a strong hoppy aroma switch some heat. Pours a light amber color with a finger of white head leaving limited lacing as I drink. Taste is a great piny hoppiness with some alcohol heat an bitterness in the finish.

Draft. Poured clear orange copper color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate to heavy complex citrus and earthy malt aroma. Medium body with slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy smooth bittersweet flavor with a moderate to heavy bittersweet finish of average duration. This is a solid beer. drfabulous (8591) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - JUL 8, 2013
Draught at Craftsman. I have no idea which Ranch I had. Malty. Sticky. May have been Centennial hops.
