Aroma: Huge citrus and pine aroma with hints of floral hops.
Appearance: Clear amber with minimal head, but lots of lacing.
Taste: Slight sweetness balanced by medium bitterness.
Palate: Medium body, lively carbonation, crisp texture, long finish.
Overall: Very flavourful and well developed IPA. It’s not overwhelming , but still a really solid and attention grabbing beer. kidmartinek (4999) - austin, Texas, USA - JUL 3, 2012
perfect copper color. nice white head. sticky hop aroma. piny and citrusy. tiny resinous sweet beginning in the taste followed by a nice smooth bitterness. no hint of alcohol, but the finish lets you know its there. very good. yes, very good. saxo (18299) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUL 4, 2012
Tap @ The Pony Bar, NYC. Nice head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, flowers, citrus, peach, pine and malt. Nice and bitter. Awesome. 574deadzone (1419) - North Central, Indiana, USA - DEC 31, 2012
Hope I have the right version. Bullet fill at Ale Yeah, Roswell, just labeled "Victory Ranch." Pours a clear deep golden with a nice-sized eggshell head that leaves some clingy, intricate lacing. Big hoppy nose of pungent grapefruit, leafy green freshness, herbs and some marmalade. Really sweet but big on the bitterness, too. Lighter side of medium bodied, slightly sticky with a drying bitter finish. Really damn good DIPA, and from my experience a significant step up from the Hop Wallop. jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - JAN 19, 2013
Draft at Olympic. Huge amount of hop bitterness. Loads of citrus and tropical fruits. Very strong caramel malt backbone. Probably one of my new favorites from Victory.

Draft .. Nice thick head. Amazing floral, hoppy aroma. Cascade and centennial? Served in a sniffer. Firm malt backbone the does a good job balancing the hop flavor. gerbewa (253) - - AUG 25, 2012
Poured a golden amber color with a lot of frothy head. Very strong hops but not too boozy for a double and very drinkable. Good beer. On tap from beverage world. angrypirate06 (1388) - Texas, USA - JAN 19, 2013
Draught. Amber pour with long lasting white head. Nose is beautiful citrus, pine, soap. Flavor tastes like a handful of hops smells. Soap, citrus, pine, finishes with a taste of eating malt after mashing. Dry finish. Awesome fucking beer! decaturstevo (6244) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - JUL 5, 2013

Appearance: This pours a light and clear color, indicative of a macro lager, with lots of bubbles flying toward the surface. There’s some good lacing going on.
Smell: Mild for a DIPA and even for an IPA, there’s some floral and citrus notes in the smell. There’s a bitter note in there--maybe lemon.
Taste: The citrus (lemon particularly but also orange) flavors are excellent. There is a lot of great hop flavor, and it’s bitter, but it’s also very drinkable. The alcohol is concealed very well, and it’s really quite flavorful.
Mouthfeel: This goes down easy, the alcohol is well concealed, and while dry, it finishes clean and with a touch of sweetness from the citrus. Thickness and carbonation are balanced.
Overall: This is a very good DIPA even though it’s not a "hop bomb" by most standards. The flavors work well here, the alcohol is well concealed, the beer goes down easy, the mouthfeel is good, and even though it’s very hoppy it always seems to be somehow balanced. I’d look for this again.
