Draft notes from Capone’s. Poured hazy coppery with off-white head. Caramel malt and piney hops in the nose. Tastes malty, with tropical fruit, piney, and some peppery finishing notes. cheap (6020) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 27, 2013
OK, so this is bullshit, the brewwer does not let the bar know what beer its serving, victory ranch what? Bullshit. Mine says 14111 on the top of the keg, so what? Slightly hazy, pale yellow with a thin head. lots of IPA smells. Makes me think of B/O right after sex, wew. It fruity on the palate with a little rudeness initially. Odd combination. tatey but its fruitiness keeps coming thru. Just seems really fresh overall. One of the more behaved IPA, i’ve tasted. Maybe becaue its so fresh, on tap at the bocktown. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - NOV 23, 2012
draft at Coles, Buffalo. somewhat flat/low carbonation orange gold pour. . Piney resiny hop aroma. Big piney flavor, sticky resiny hops, boozy, lets the chinook shine. Fuller mouthfeel, slightly astringent. powerful stuff LinusStick (3498) - Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 5, 2012
On tap at Mad Mex Robinson. Probably would be a good beer with carbonation, but the glass I had was completely flat. Aroma was alright. Earthy and dank hop smell. Pour was a nice medium gold with a one finger off white head. Taste was flat. No carbonation at all. The earthy hop flavors came out along with bitter grapefruit and lemon zest. With no carbonation this beer tastes like a cold hop tea and is not very appealing. Would like to try this with some bubbles.

Draft. Amber orange with an off white head. Juicy piney hops, very fresh, on a lightly sweet malt base. Very well balanced, with appropriate bitterness and tons of juicy hop flavors. Good stuff. zdk (1917) - New York, New York, USA - SEP 27, 2012
draft at Blind Tiger - one of the more quaffable double IPAs I’ve had. Sweet and packed with florals, pine cone hops. Sweet body, caramel and dry malts. Smooth bodied and well balanced. Finishes slightly dry. jredmond (8518) - New York, New York, USA - SEP 26, 2012
Draft at blind tiger. Pours a slightly hazy amber body with nice off white lacing. Aroma is feint citrus, pine and onion. Mouthfeel is medium and almost creamy with notes of light citrus, sweet malt balance, onion and light resin. Very smooth finish. Light bitterness. pineypower (3347) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - SEP 24, 2012
Draft at Capone’s. Pours out a clear golden color with a nice white head. Aroma is of mild citrus hops, light sweet malts and some pine. Taste is much more pronounced than the aroma, a nice punch of piney/citrusy grapefruit hop, light sweet malts, with a nice punch of bitterness on the finish with nice lingering grapefruit, alcohol rather well hidden. arminjewell (9720) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - SEP 22, 2012
Pour on tap at Avery IPA fest, hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of sweet caramel, toffee, hints of orange, grapefruit, lemon, slight sweet biscuit, spice and earth come through as well, but not much going on here. Taste is sweet, orange, sugary biscuit, caramel in there, some slightly drying pine, grass, and spice, finishing fairly sweet, slightly bitter, dry.
