Rated on 02-28-2013 at Victory B.C. This draft beer has a small off-white head with a long retention, straw colored transparent body, no visible carbonation observed, and a fair amount of lacing. The aroma is citrus, grassy hops, toasty, and malt. The flavor is lightly bitter, citrus, grassy hops, toasty, and malt. The mouthfeel is light carbonation and this beer is medium bodied. Overall, this is a quaffable beer and worth trying.

UPDATED: APR 28, 2013 Transparent gold, thin white head top, island. Nose is as much dough as I’ve had, light vine, earthy, rich. Amazingly rustic. Flavor is classic braumeister, grain and dryness all over, heavy toast through the end. slightly over carbonated for profile, otherwise fantastic.

Tap at victory. Low haze Keller pils color, glowing gold pour. Webby lacing. Nose is intense fresh lemon, big vitamin C, small yellow apple. Taste gets that excellent but rare snappy fresh cracker and biscuit. Very dry, grain forward, finishing with massive grassy herbal bitterness. Some metallic character in the finish. Liked the Hallertau much better.

Draft at the brew pub. Pours fairly clear yellow with a small white head and decent carbonation. The aroma Is grassy and direct. Not inviting or offensive. The taste is grassy, grain , light bitter but pretty easy to drink.

On tap at brewpub. Pours light gold with white head. Basement, hay, light citrus. Moderately bitter and sweet. Dry finish. Light, crisp body.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a softly carbonated transparent yellow white colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was malt hop. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mellow malty aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of sweet hops and malt. A decent one that I would consider buying again.

Hazy golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of toast, citrus, grass, light pils malts, and a bit of toffee. Taste of citrus, grass, toasted malts, and a lightly bitter finish.
