COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed locally at the Victory Brewery in Chester County, the Summer of Love Ale is a golden ale made with pale malts, German hops and Brandywine River water. This specific style of beer was chosen because it has a broad appeal and will be accessible for casual beer drinkers, but will still retain exciting hop notes.

The brew has a vibrant and refreshing pale color derived from its lean and refreshing malt body. And the initially floral aroma of hops segues into a well integrated, refreshing hop dryness of European heritage.

Aroma is lemon, orange, and sort of grassy. Poured a clear golden color with a soapy white head. Taste is a sort of bitter/sweet floral and citrus hops blend with a nice crispness to it. Feels light bodied and fizzy. Easy to drink em down.

Bottle:   Straw, fairly clear, moderate frothy white head, spotty lacing.   Soft musty straw/hay, a touch of citrus peel and pith.   Starts out with a straw/hay aspect, but quickly develops a hop bitterness, pithy towards the back.   Well balanced, smooth.   Reminds me of an Extra Pale Ale that is somewhat Kolsch like.   For a Blonde Ale, its moderate to full bodied.   A touch dry on the exit.   One good summer drinkn brew!

Very clean and crisp...malts and hops play well together...a nice hint of citrus but not overpowering. Great beer for summer.

Draught and bottle. Bout time to rate as I only have one bottle left. Clear golden pour with a frothy white head. Pretty. Grainy aroma with hints of bread and light citrus. Flavors were lightly bitter with grainy malts and earthy hops. Nice subtle citrusy character throughout. Incredibly crisp from top to bottom. Finished dry, easy carbonation. Fantastic stuff.

12 oz bottle. Pours golden with a long lasting white head. Aroma is of orange, citrusy hops and pale malt. Body is medium and slightly crisp. Citrusy hops, ripe fruit and biscuit malt nicely balanced on the palate. Finish is long on a hoppy side. Excellent summer brew.

Bottle. Super clear golden with a medium off-white head. Aroma is resin/floral hops, with some toasty malts. Taste is mild sweet, mild-medium bitter. Slightly dry finish. Light bodied, soft to moderate carbonation, texture is a bit watery. Not bad on a hot day.

Bottle pours golden with foamy white head. Strong floral, grass, grapefruit, tropical fruit notes on top of a caramel body. Moderate bitterness and sweetness. Light, crisp body. Interesting if somewhat feminine.

Pale yellow pour. White head that disappeared quickly. Very light body. Lots of floral hop flavor. Crisp feel as well. Finishes light, leaves a tinge of bitterness on the palette. Good but not great. Light and refreshing however.
