Big spicy citrus nose and huge white head. Poured into a tulip glass. This is one of my favorite saison’s made in the united states. All the flavor without the boozieness of bigger saisons. Luvystypotables (2039) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - APR 5, 2014
Aroma of hops, dried fruit, cloves and spice. Pale caramel colour. Taste of cloves and hops slightly bitter finish. degbert (1776) - Austin, Texas, USA - MAR 31, 2014
Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with large amounts of visible carbonation and a fine-grained, quick-dissipating, white head. Nose is lemon, some phenols, and a touch of latex. Very crisp on the tongue, with definite bitter lemon notes; light hops present, bready grains, but the bitter sourness, reminiscent of citrus pith, remains dominant; too much so. Finish is acidic and short. There’s something out of whack here. Chipalsa (1310) - Florida, USA - MAR 28, 2014
I liked this brew, it was citrusy, a tad zesty and even sweet at a certain point. I could drink this all day - which is exactly what I did. Thanks for bringing this one OmegaX!!! pinkie (470) - New York, USA - MAR 26, 2014
Pours a beautiful hazed lemon yellow with about a fingers worth of white foam that fell quickly. Nose is funky with Belgian yeast and has some bright sweet lemon peel. There’s a tiny bit of spice on the nose too. Taste is simple and graceful. Bright lemon, a bit tart, on a sweet light dry cracker. Sparkling carbonation and a touch of pepper as it finishes. This beer is everything a saison should be. Has a very pleasant hop herbal on the nose and a bit of spice in the drink. As you drink you will find a delightful tartness to offer just a slight bit of pucker. Has plenty of juicy lemon on the palate and a crisp off dry finish.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with white head. Cat urine aroma. Yeasty, cat urine, spicy flavors. Really not a fan of this. thornecb (6018) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - MAR 23, 2014
Pours clear bright gold into a tumbler. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Hay, coriander and pepper aromas. Sweet yeast and bandaid upfront turning dry and peppery before the lasting sour marshmallow finish. MarkSachon (1044) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 23, 2014
12 oz bottle from Giant Eagle in Pittsburgh. Has a bite but very nice. A few flowery aromas and a hint of spice. Just a little bit of perfume. jb (3336) - Rochester, New York, USA - MAR 22, 2014
Wow, a bit different. Starts with basil in the nose. Weird. Appearance is pale and clear, but with nice lacing/head/retention. Taste has more basil, a bit of hops, a bit of sour, not much in the way of funk. Not sure how I feel about this one. BLADT (700) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - MAR 22, 2014
From bottle. Clean yellow in glass. Yeast and coriander on nose. Some pepper. Very dry in mouth. Some help notes. A little tart. Rather basic.
