It’s a lively jazz rhythm, a vigorous sway, a change of view or even a roll in the proverbial hay. Now it also means the welcome jolt of joy you’ll experience upon your first sip of this session saison. Bracing, but benign, this Belgian style ale enlivens any experience with a spicy, aromatic start, citrus snap and fresh finish. Swing into spring with taste!

On tap at World of Beer. Golden in color with small white head. Spicy aroma and flavor. Light bodied. Good.

closey22 (2101) - Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, USA - FEB 2, 2014
Hazy gold with parades of bubbles streaming from the bottom to w lasting offwhite head; aroma is hoppy with earthy yeasty sweet notes; Flava is so rich and complex blend of lemony tartness, dry graininess, herbal spiciness; feels light crisp and fizzy; finishes dry hoppy bitters hints of lemon zest

chucklemation (1763) - Royal Oak, Michigan, USA - JAN 16, 2014
Has a golden yellow color with a very healthy white foam. Smell is lemon, but the taste is a little weak. There’s a hint of lemon and some light spices in the finish. Has a nice carbonated feel, but overall is just okay.

Light and crisp. Pleasant aroma. Good summer beer. Similar to wittekerke. Would drink again

Looks like a wheat when poured with less head. Smells spicy and sharp, but tastes more funky than fresh. Would prefer this with summer food, not wintertime in my basement.

fiercepanda (615) - Missouri, USA - JAN 10, 2014
A pale yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is belgian yeast, spices, and fruit. The flavor is slightly bitter, funky and spicy.

firstsip (752) - Michigan, USA - JAN 5, 2014
From bottle. Bright, light body. Arkma of funk and a little floral. Tastes predominantly of grass and mild citrus. Decent, but nothing to write home about.

Petkus331 (389) - Redford, Michigan, USA - DEC 31, 2013
An aroma that is pretty funky with some peach. Light clear yellow with minor fizz. Straw and peach taste. Palate is a little better than ordinary. Overall, meh. Avery has done better.

backdaft (286) - Menasha Red Light District, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 7, 2013
Bottle. Pours a pale hazy yellow. Huge crater-like white head on this leaves a decent amount of lacing. Aroma is floral, lemon, straw. Taste is light bodied; slightly sweet with strong notes of lemon and pepper spice. Very crisp, lemony finish. Refreshing as hell on a hot summer day!

b33r (881) - Ohio, USA - DEC 3, 2013
Light pale gold color with large fluffy white head and great lacing. Aroma is nice with strong grassy, floral and bubblegum notes. Flavor is a bit weak but nice earthyness, spices, and slight bitter hops. Okay overall, but good for the price as so few saisons come in 6-packs.
