Bottle: The aroma consists of citrus, banana, coriander, floral notes, and pepper. It smells like a Witbier. It pours a transparent dull gold with a small white head that quickly fades to a thin film outlined by a soapy ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of citrus with a touch of banana. The finish has moderate floral hops, coriander, pepper, and a touch of lemon/lemon peel. It’s light bodied with moderate-heavy carbonation. Overall, it seems like a moderately hopped (floral) Witbier.. It’s not bad, but it’s not what I want in a Saison or Wit. abcfan (920) - New Jersey, USA - JUN 5, 2013
Decent. Pours hazy and yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet citrus hops. Smooth, easy drinking, slight hip finish. arminjewell (9641) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - JUN 2, 2013
Pour out of 12 oz bottle, hazy yellow pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of lemon, biscuit, some dull grass, earthy notes, slight vanilla, cracker malts as well. Taste is sweet vanilla, biscuit, into some slight lemon, fruity grape notes, kind of dull and mashed together into some grass and earth, finishing dry. Just ok. baraciisch (3234) - California, USA - JUN 2, 2013
Yellow orange in color... Light citrusy lemon aroma... Crisp flavor, spicy on the finish, gentle citrus notes throughout... Solid

Bottle from Sam’s, Durham. All hail the session brew trend. Nicely lemonade-y pour, moderately cloudy, could almost pass for a Berliner crossed with a singel (the fluffy head of the latter gives this one away as farmhouse). Nice nose, citrus wakeup call and spice/yeast to complement. Full bodied, nicely spicy in places on the palate, I was pleased that the herbs didn’t get too assertive, allowing the more bitter and lightly hopped qualities to shine through. Well done. I should get some more. dfinney23 (3269) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUN 1, 2013
Pours lightly hazy yellow with a thin head. Citrus and spice with a somewhat bitter finish. Not bad. kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 30, 2013
Bottle. Pours a clear and bright straw gold body with a one inch frothy white head that faded to a thin wispy film. The nose comes across as a bit overly spiced with some nice perfume like qualities, light hay, and floral hops. The flavor is a bit too spicy and peppery for my tastes, there’s not much malt or softness from the yeast. It’s very light and thin in texture with fizzy prickly carbonation. I suppose that it is pretty sessionable, but it’s really not what I want from a Saison at all. It comes across as too clean and sterile with too much of the flavor derived from added spices instead of from a good Saison yeast. rabbe7000 (19) - Maryland, USA - MAY 30, 2013
Pours a nice golden color, with a thick head that keeps its shape. Smells of flowers, spices, herbs and citrus. Taste starts off sweet then moves to a distinct floral and citrus flavor. Maybe a tiny bit of hoppiness in there too. Not bad, and very refreshing. czar (9066) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 30, 2013
on tap at prohibition pig, waterbury. bright yellow with a frothy white head, good retention, strong lacing. lightly spiced, citrus, some lime zest, light pine, saison yeast, pale and dry fruitiness. bright carbonation, light body, very nice citrusy finish. highly sessionnable and much enjoyed it before eating like a (pro) pig!
