Sampled at ESBLS. It poured a clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma was earthy, spicy wheat malts, citrus, hops with pear esters and black pepper, ginger notes. The taste was of medium hops, some bitterness, light fruity esters, with pale malts and a dry finish. RichTheVillan (7850) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUL 20, 2014
Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear straw yellow pour with a ridiculously big head, aroma has ginger lemon and lime, taste has spice citrus, some yeasty action, pretty good for a faux saison. jaymobrown (1845) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 12, 2014
Odd beer with a plastic taste plus citrus and berries. Good head and medium body. Good spice flavor. aracauna (3606) - Georgia, USA - JUL 11, 2014
Hazy gold. Surprising bit of hop aroma. Definite bit of funk from the yeast. Fairly dry in the finish. unclemike (3124) - Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA - JUN 29, 2014
Pours a hazy golden yellow on tap with fluffy white head that dissipates to leave light lacing. Aroma of spice, wheat, and a slight funk. Taste follows, slight bitter finish, clean and slightly tart. Good saison, but nothing that exciting

Poured from a bottle into a Victory Pint glass a light lemon yellow with a thick white head.
Aroma is saison spice some light citrus.
Flavor is upfront coriander/clove spice thinking orange as well. Also some bready funk. Fairly average by a stretch for a session. Bought a single bottle on whim and would have rather now not... blklab2007 (2120) - Connecticut, USA - JUN 22, 2014
Bottle poured a golden color with a covering of white head that hung on well. Aroma has grains, spices, and herbs. Mouth feel is medium and there is medium low carbonation. Flavor leads in with spice and herbs while there is a grainy Saison underneath. I thought from the fruit looking thing on the label there would be some citrus or peach or something in the beer. docsteigs (542) - Texas, USA - JUN 21, 2014
Pleasant saison. Mild aroma with some citrus and sweet bubble gum. Taste well balanced mild Belgian ale with hints of bubble gum and a very mild funk.

330ml bottle, pours hazy golden brown with a bubbly head. Carbonation is lively. At first the nose came across as vegatal with even a bit of washing up liquid but once in the mouth the more nuanced fruity aromas come out, lemon, lychee and fizzy orangeade, with coriander and spice, quite complex and a bit unusual saison, finish is crisp and dry bitter. Aren’t all Saisons sessionable? Well, to me at least. This one’s got a somewhat hazed straw body with a skinny little fizzy head. Interesting aroma. I don’t know what’s in it, but I pick up some coriander, ginger, and maybe some chamomile, all over a soft grainy sweetness. The flavor’s a bit spice forward, much like the nose, and has some citrus sweetness. The finish is dry and all spiced up, a bit too much for me, coating the mouth and staying there. Over all, not too shabby.
