12 oz bottle purchased at Liquor Barrel in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Enjoy by July 21, 2013 printed on bottle neck. The pour is lightly hazed pale yellow with a frothy one inch white head. The aroma is light phenols, herbal, orange lemon citrus, and soft clove. Nice integrated, complex nose. The taste lemon citrus, herbal, peppery phenols, and finishes with a grassy hay. The palate is light bodied, soft carbonation, and a dry earthy, mineral clove herbal finish. A lot of nice flavor in this beer, easy drinking. Nekronos (4174) - Xalapa, MEXICO - MAY 11, 2013
Quite interesting and sweet Strong in taste and character but not so spicy as other this style. LilBeerDoctor (4147) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 6, 2013
On tap at Sharp Edge Beer Emporium. Pours a clear light orange with a thick white head. Aroma of juniper berries, sage, flowers, floral hops, Belgian yeast. Flavor of light spices, lemon, yeast, earthy hops, flowers. A bit odd tasting, spice wise, and it’s not terribly exciting flavor-wise. It’s alright.

Bottle. Pours a pale hazy yellow. Huge white head on this leaves a decent amount of lacing. Aroma is floral, lemon, straw. Taste is light bodied, slightly sweet with strong notes of lemon and pepper spice. Very crisp, lemony finish. Would be nice in the summer. hackobock (4074) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - DEC 12, 2014

Clear light golden yellow with ample bright white head. Smells fantastic sagey lemon pepper. Flavor is not quite as good, but has a spicy bite and a green citrus hop character. Good moderately high carbonation. Smells better than it tastes though. TURDFERGUSON (4058) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - MAR 7, 2013
Pale yellow with a thick white head producing loads of webby white lace. Nose lemon verbena, pepper, light melon. Flavor is spicy at first with more lemon, citrus, and a light herbal medley. Dry, lightly herbal, bitter finish.

12 oz. bottle. Pale golden pour with mild haziness. Medium, quickly fading head with decent lacing. Aroma is phenolic with lots of belgian yeast, bubble gum, and spice notes. Flavor is light, crisp, with a nice lingering belgian twang. Spice and citrus clean up the finish. Light bodied with zippy carbonation. This is quite nice. maekchu (4024) - Hirakata, JAPAN - MAR 14, 2013
Bottle from Village Wine and Spirits in Athens. Sweet ’n’ sour initial, with some light funk and peach-lemon juice. Nearly clear, pear juice, little head. Light sweet initial / mid has a bit of barn and some sort of spice / finish is gently bitter and moves to grass notes. Light body. Okay. Has some decent saison character. Very light-bodied stuff. Bottle from Sam’s, Durham. All hail the session brew trend. Nicely lemonade-y pour, moderately cloudy, could almost pass for a Berliner crossed with a singel (the fluffy head of the latter gives this one away as farmhouse). Nice nose, citrus wakeup call and spice/yeast to complement. Full bodied, nicely spicy in places on the palate, I was pleased that the herbs didn’t get too assertive, allowing the more bitter and lightly hopped qualities to shine through. Well done. I should get some more.
