I don’t think this is much of a saison but a nice drinkable beer if warm weather ever returns. Pours a pale yellow with a lacing head. The aroma has a lot of piney hops. The flavor as well with a nice sweet balance. Thin as to be expected. I could see myself pounding down a few of these after mowing the lawn. trapped (3086) - New York, TURKEY - APR 21, 2013
Drought. Rich yellow color, small whitish foamy head, hoppy aroma, low carbonation, abrupt finish. Nice refreshing seasonal. MadRobin (2988) - Silver Spring, Alabama, USA - MAY 8, 2013
On tap at Always Ron's in Hagerstown, MD.
Clear, yellow-amber with an off-white head and excellent lacing.
Aroma of yeast, fruit, pine, floral perfume and mild earthy hops.
Taste of floral hops, earthy herbs and spice, year and pine. Much hoppier, or at least less malty, than your typical saison.
Medium body and medium carbonation.

Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is a soapy detergent lemon thing going on. It smells like Orval! This is very dry yet yeasty with a sharp lemon flavor that is slightly sour but very bitter and dry. Oh I see what you are doing Victory you are trying to make an Orval clone. Congrats you did just that! Strip away the name this is way higher rated than it currently is. Overall Im giving a bit above Orval for the balls to do this! Cheers! Slightly hazy yellow pour wihth a nice white head. Slightly floral nose with hints of grassiness. Floral notes also in the taste, hops and then lots of bitterness on the finish. I don’t taste any of the fruit character that others seem to be getting.

Hazy straw color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of yeast, floral, & pepper/spice; Flavor of malt, yeast, hops, pepper, and citrus (notably lemon); Finish is dry & fairly bitter; Nicely balanced; Not too shabby for a session ale. Gription79 (2886) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - JUN 13, 2014
Poured from a 12 ounce bottle. The aroma is very interesting, orange, citrus, peppery. The flavor is husky, peppery, spicy. This is thin and astringent, lacks complexity. UDBeernut (2883) - Saint Johns, Florida, USA - APR 17, 2013
Bottle pours golden yellow with a white head. Nose of citrus and earth. Medium body begins with earth and sweetness, finishes with oranges. Mouthfeel is crisp. glennmastrange (2859) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - JAN 12, 2015
Bottle. Moderate to heavy straw for the malt, flowers, herbs and lemon, moderate barnyard for the yeast, with notes of coriander, melon and damp wood. Head is large, frothy turning rocky, white with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is slightly hazy yet sparkling light amber. Flavor starts lightly to moderately acidic, then finishes lightly to moderately acidic and lightly bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery with a fizzy carbonation. Nice depth in aroma, but this Saison is a little flat in flavor. Fratto (2845) - Arlington, Texas, USA - APR 30, 2014
