Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks Yoav. Hazy yellow to pale golden. Aroma of sage, a hint of za’atar, more spices and a bit of yeasty fruitiness. Fruity and yeasty flavor with spices, sage, and a dry finish. Medium-bodied.

Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, bready malt and fruit. The finish is mildly spiced with a short zesty lemon aftertaste. Decent overall.
