Pours a light yellow with a foamy white head and an active carbonation. Aroma of pumpernickel and lemon zest. Taste is grainy, grassy peppery with a bit of citrus. Dry and crisp but a little too bitter. Not my favorite style but a decent rendition nonetheless. Once and done.

A lot of nice flavors going on in this easy drinking saison. The hops and spices blend well together. tcane7 (1674) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 15, 2013
Draft at Union Transfer. Pours a cloudy yellow with white head. Notes of lemon peel, orange, pepper, yeast funk. Very flavorful for a session, lots of spice and citrus. Solid bitterness in the finish. geologyguy (1662) - Columbia, South Carolina, USA - JUL 29, 2013
had in SYR, (comments day after)...verifies that I’m not big on saisons...definitely a lot of flavor from what I remember, but not in a good way...lots of spices that are too strong bth122 (1660) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 9, 2013

Bottle. Enjoy by: 07/21/13. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a skim of a beige head. A zesty aroma of citrus rinds, oranges, pineapples, bananas, bubblegum, candi sugar, cloves, nutmeg, light coriander, pepper, and a sizable yeastiness. Semi-sweet upfront taste-wise with a little candi sugar and bubblegum. Some cereal grains and zesty citrus rinds follow. Spicy. Yeasty. Kinda tangy. More than a few dashes of pepper in the moderately dry finish. Very enjoyable and very sessionable for a saison. strongpieman (1651) - Mount Airy, Maryland, USA - MAY 3, 2013
Bottle. Clear, yellow, tall foamy head. Very strong perfume aroma ... A bit much. Moderate finish. GMCC2181 (1613) - Newark, Delaware, USA - MAR 23, 2013
Draft at two stones.... Pours a cloudy bright yellow, slight orange tint. Decent little head. Nice nose of spices, earthy, flowers, camomile and some hops. Taste is the sames, spices, flowers, grains, floral notes, camomile, little citrus lime taste..... slight hoppiness in the after taste to balance it. Body is light, fluffy and really easy to drink. Decent stuff.... Mittenator (1612) - Michigan, USA - AUG 19, 2014
