Bottle. Translucent gold pour with a short, dense, foamy white head. Spicy and grainy nose with hay, straw, flowers, yeast, earthy notes and herbs. Taste is spicy upfront with more grains, toasted malt, flowers, hay, straw notes, earthy hops, fresh herbs and citrus notes. Body is medium with a strong, prickly carbonation. Ends with more spiciness, strong herbal notes, yeast, grains, straw, grass, citrus and hay.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - bright golden with a nice head. Nose - lemon and a green pungent herb thing. Also a touch of fresh sweat. Cactus/aloe Vera. Maybe bay leaves. Taste - medicinal lemon balm. More fresh sweat and some tomato stalks. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - opposite of synergy. The overall package didnt live up to the beautiful complex aroma.

Yellow gold pour with fluffy white head and clinging lace. Aroma is clove and or coriander. Flavor is earthy spiciness tones of hay and some citrus zest. Light bodied with aggressive carbonation. A little light struck or something a tad off kept this from being really good.

Lemony wheat aroma, light funk. Hazy golden, slight greenish tinge, thin head. Funk is mire in the forefront on the palate. Deceptively dry. Definitely sessionable, but perhaps too much so. I need something with more substance.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy white colored bubbles that were and left behind a typically carbonated transparent white colored body and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was malt hop and grassy. The semi-thick crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mellow finish with a mellow hoppy aftertaste. The mild flavor contained notes of softly acidic grass Irish red malt dough and malt.

12oz bottle. Potentially filtered yellow-tan, thin white head. A spice bomb in flavor, but delicate and light in body. Big aggressive lemongrass perfume notes, maybe some brett underneath. Herbal pine-sol. This is by no means a beer Id want to session on, maybe before the spices. Delicate great malt body harshed.

12oz single bottle from Spirits Berkley. Poured a really great looking deep clear dark gold body with lots of rising effervescence and an average sized silky bright white head. Aroma is doughy, perfume, white pepper, rotting lemon and a slight touch of copper. Fuller body with lighter carbonation that finishes dry like eating a piece of toast. Flavor isnt as good as the aroma and seems a bit dry. Notes of toast, lemon zest, touch of skunk cabbage, pepper and old flowers. Good stuff.

Somewhere... 12oz: Pours light golden with a white head. Aroma is farmhouse funk, flowers, and spice. Taste is bitter at the front. Funky. Full saison taste with a light body. Some aftertaste. Almost no sweetness.

Picked up a single 12-oz bottle at Heritage Liquors in Maplewood, Minnesota. Pours a clear golden straw colored brew with an average sized but fast dissipating off-white head. Aroma of saison wheat, coriander, some clove, golden grain malt and a touch of Ivory soap. Taste is light to medium bodied, average carbonation with flavors of coriander, lemon zest, golden grain malt, and a hint of wintergreen. Finish has a sharp bitterness followed by some spice potpourri aftertastes.
