A sharp aroma that smells like you bathed a skunk in lemon juice. Misty, bright gold with a white filmy head. Good label, standard US longneck. Mineral, lightly astringent, lemon zest, funky notes. Medium to slightly light body, low carbo. Hoppy, lemon finish. ABC, Betton. Tmoney99 (14381) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAR 30, 2013
Bottle. Poured cloudy golden color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with fair lacing. Moderate yeast, spice and citrus aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium spice sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Soft drinkable beer. Not bad. Art (3217) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 3, 2013
Smells like a Hefe. Pale yellow with extra fizz. Kind of a weird smell. Still good.

12oz bottle. Potentially filtered yellow-tan, thin white head. A spice bomb in flavor, but delicate and light in body. Big aggressive lemongrass perfume notes, maybe some brett underneath. Herbal pine-sol. This is by no means a beer Iíd want to session on, maybe before the spices. Delicate great malt body harshed.

Bottle. Pours a clear and bright straw gold body with a one inch frothy white head that faded to a thin wispy film. The nose comes across as a bit overly spiced with some nice perfume like qualities, light hay, and floral hops. The flavor is a bit too spicy and peppery for my tastes, thereís not much malt or softness from the yeast. Itís very light and thin in texture with fizzy prickly carbonation. I suppose that it is pretty sessionable, but itís really not what I want from a Saison at all. It comes across as too clean and sterile with too much of the flavor derived from added spices instead of from a good Saison yeast. Bacterial (2986) - Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA - JUN 8, 2013
Slightly hazy yellow pour wihth a nice white head. Slightly floral nose with hints of grassiness. Floral notes also in the taste, hops and then lots of bitterness on the finish. I donít taste any of the fruit character that others seem to be getting. Blairgus (4536) - California, USA - JUN 17, 2013
17 June 2013, bottle. Light yellow, clear, steady bubbles, thick foamy head. Nose is light lemon, cobwebs, slightly spicy. Thin body and moderately fizzy. Light bitter lemon rind, mildly sweet, slightly spicy. Unique.

White pillow foamy head, hazy golden yellow body. Floral aroma, earth, yeast and mild bitterness. At 4.5% alcohol, itís a great session beer.
