From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. The pour is a slightly hazy pale yellow with a big, fluffy white head. Silky & soft. Vibrant herbal aroma of German Thyme, Rosemary, and maybe Savory along with a lemon citrus note. The body is smooth and medium. The taste has a good pale malt quality to it along with those full flavored herbs, citrus, and yeasty bread. An all around fascinating beer. Butters (4059) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - SEP 14, 2013
Clear light golden yellow with ample bright white head. Smells fantastic sagey lemon pepper. Flavor is not quite as good, but has a spicy bite and a green citrus hop character. Good moderately high carbonation. Smells better than it tastes though. pumpmaster (1406) - Pembroke Pines, Florida, USA - NOV 24, 2013

Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Lots of pepper on the nose, grassy and musty, light fruity esters, peach mango and citrus. A nice floral note on the taste up front, then lots of spice and wet grass, pears and peaches, and a nice hint of hops on the end. Great beer to sip on the porch on a nice spring day. jayzz (481) - Illinois, USA - MAR 7, 2014
This beer does not have the usual saison beer. Light gold in color with a fizzy palate and a slightly bitter long finish. Not as rich in sweet notes as most saisons I’ve had. redbeard3 (107) - - APR 6, 2014
Big spicy citrus nose and huge white head. Poured into a tulip glass. This is one of my favorite saison’s made in the united states. All the flavor without the boozieness of bigger saisons. 574deadzone (1419) - North Central, Indiana, USA - MAY 5, 2014
Pours a hazy straw golden with a fair eggshell head that settles slowly and leaves some soapy, clingy lace. Nose involves zesty spice, peppery, light lemony citrus notes, some sourdough, and some floral stuff. Lightly sweet, decently bitter, not tart. Lighter bodied, fluffy, active, lightly oily, with a drying toasted doughy finish. Nice brew, enjoyable. Ferris (16066) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 21, 2014
Draft - Lots of sweet light tropical fruit, lychee and yeast. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Lychee, grass, hoppy bitterness and a dry herbal finish.
