Tap at Victory, Downington, 27/11/13.
Clear dark amber with a good sized light beige covering that thins but retains well.
Nose is coffee forward, coffee and walnut cake, sweet aroma.
Taste carries a little more constrained coffee notes, toffee fudge, sugars, coffee cake mix, sweet bread dough.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, sweet closure.
Decent coffee affair. Tmoney99 (14846) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 29, 2011
Tap sample at CBW. Poured clear brown with an average off-white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy sweet roasted coffee aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture with flat carbonation. Medium sweet coffee smooth flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind.

On draught at La Cave du Vin. The beer is a clear light brown color with a medium thin and foamy light beige head that recedes steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted coffee and malt. Light to medium body with a roasty coffee character and notes of sweet malt and faint hops. The finish is mildly bitter with a lingering coffee aftertaste. Above average overall. hopdog (12953) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 10, 2010
On tap at Capone’s. Poured a deep amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of coffee with some roastiness. Tastes of roast, coffee, chocolate, and some caramel. Nice and drinkable. DocLock (10970) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 11, 2011
Draft at Capone’s. Pours hazy brown with nose of earthy malt, significant coffee, hops. Tasted malty, brown sugary, with a medium coffee flavor, a good deal of backup hops, and a smooth finish.

Tap at Capone’s and later at Victory. Pours a clear amber red with not much of a head. Nose is muted green coffee. Taste is cold, bitter, gritty coffee. Watery though clean mouthfeel. Good session beer underneath but coffee addition is just not needed. Pretty harsh as coffee beers go. JoeMcPhee (9515) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 18, 2011
Ruby-tinted brown pour with a tight off-white head. The aroma is quite coffee-laden. Herbal with a bit of light cherry as well. No astringency or vegetal notes either nor does it completely overwhelm the malts - it just lends a nice warm coffee aroma. Soft sweetness with some light sticky toffee flavour. It seems to thin a bit as it warms up but it’s still a decent brew. drowland (8932) - Georgia, USA - FEB 16, 2016
2/16/16. Lucky catch on draft during happy hour at Bleu Cafe. Brown pour under a small khaki head, mild lacing. Light coffee aroma, nutty, hints of chocolate. Nice coffee flavor, creamy, a touch of caramel, nutty. Not bad! jredmond (8508) - New York, New York, USA - SEP 3, 2010
UPDATED: FEB 7, 2011 Draft at Capone’s with pat. Pours a hazy brown body with thin white lacing. Araoma is delicious coffee roast. Mouthfeel is smooth and appropriately carbonated with super notes of coffee roast. I burped afterwards and thought I had drank a cup of coffee. On tap at P house, pours a nice lighter brown, with small to medium head. Alright lacing, notes of nuts, coffee, and roasted malts. Hops are there in the flavor, nice beer from Victory.
