From Jul 2007
Purchased at Wilbur's Liquors in Ft Collins as part of a mixed 6 Pack.
This pours from 12oz bottle(Best by Apr 30 08) a cloudy yellow with a small head of foam. Not much is left after a few minutes other than a ring around the edge of my glass and some lacing.
The smell is of yeast and citrus and wheat and clove and banana. It's not a bit shy on the nose. ;^)
The taste is big and citrusy up front with flavours of clove and some banana but it all works up front only..the flavours fall off quickly midway through and it finishes really watery. If at least some of the flavour lasted, I'd have liked it more. Pretty disappointing for me and I'll not revisit this brew.

BB Backlog, Bottle, pours cloudy golden with medium sized white foam. Aroma is flowers, banana, clove, and other belgian spice. Flavor of orange peel, coriander, clove, and dark fruits. I could mix these in between some hoegarden and other wits. oldrtybastrd (5228) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - MAY 13, 2016
Aromas of orange and spice. Flavor has too much orange, I didn’t care for this beer at all. White beers aren’t high on my list.

Aroma is wheat malts with that belgian yeast touch. Slight banana. Taste is refreshing citrus with some herbal traces. There’s quite a lot of bitterness in the aftertaste, and that’s what saves this little guy. Refreshing. akoeninger (776) - Wisconsin, USA - JUL 5, 2015
Hazy yellow. Aroma of clove, banana, wheat, yeast etc. Taste is refreshing lemon, cotrus, spice, coriander, banana and fruity esters. Tingles going down and crisp mouth feel. Not bad

Pours pale straw yellow with a thin white head with just a little lacing. Aroma is of wheat bread, spices, cloves, lemon zest, and some light floral hops. Taste is about the same as the aroma. Has a medium-light body with a slightly creamy mouthfeel and a slightly bitter, slightly dry, medium finish. Overall, a pretty nice, classic wit that is a nice refreshing summer beer. Bottle at home, not that Victory is finally available in Arkansas. Pours a hazy light yellow with two fingers of white head. Aroma is wheat, yeasty, some lemons. Nice summertime beer. ttoadee (1659) - Austin, Texas, USA - JUN 4, 2015
Cloudy yellow pour, quickly fading white head. Nose is citrus and spice. Bittersweet. Middle is yeasty malt, bread notes, and lite cardamon. Finish is dry with subtle but persistent carbonation. Matt_Foran (102) - Wilmington, Delaware, USA - MAY 22, 2015
Solid Belgian-style witbier. Nice aroma of wheat, coriander and subtle hop spice. Pours a nice hazy unfiltered yellow color. Taste is more coriander and wheat with subtle hops bite in the back end. Finished smoothly in the palate. ryanscourt (1567) - Latrobe, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 17, 2015
Slight banana flavor in the beginning, crisp finish. Not too spicey. Straw colored
