7%ABV. Belgian ale. Poured out dark clear brown. 28SRM. Nose has dark sweet aromas with red bean and azuki being the most obvious. Dark fruit and honeyed dates. Sweet cold cereal. Mouthfeel is light syrup. Palate has honeyed dates, dark fruit, prunes, Finish is still beery although the fruity roundness off the middle, a bit of fruity sour roundness.

Swaroga (2151) - Gdańsk, POLAND - JUL 9, 2016
Sample. The beer has a rich aroma of coca-cola, cherry, spices (clove, clove) and chocolate. Mouth feel is watery with medium strong carbonation. Flavor doesnt follow the aroma. A bit dry like apple seeds with spices like clove. The finish is still dry a,d sweet. Nothing else to notice here. Good for cooking ?

KoNrRiI (1317) - rhus, DENMARK - JUN 11, 2016
0.33 bottle. This beer from 1977 was found in the deepest reaches of the Kulminator on the 6th of June 2016. Color of clear copper with virtually no head. Aroma is composed primarily of barrel scents, ash, old wood, and port wine. Taste is also marked by barrels, wood, port wine, dust, and a touch of alcohol. A medium body, a slick texture, and an entirely flat carbonation. The finish is long and smacks of sherry. Overall the beer is quite good, or should I say was good. It had a most quintessentially "old" character and tasted like the embodiment of a medieval cellar. In fact, a lot of its merits probably come from this incredibly long period of mellowing in storage rather than some inherent quality, as the current weighted average would suggest. It is most likely not the same beer both on account of the changing recipes and production methods as well as its sheer age, but it would be pointless to create a separate entry just for one rate.

Jado (795) - Camp Hill, AUSTRALIA - APR 18, 2016
330 ml bottle. Dark brown body topped by a fluffy cream-coloured head. Aromas of cherry, plums, vinegar, raisins and a little funk. Moderately sour taste at first, followed up by some dark bread and fruit notes. However theres also a bit of a metallic twang at the back end that detracts from it somewhat, although that diminishes as it warms. Okay but not a top line Belgian brown.

blackisle (2255) - IJburg, NETHERLANDS - JAN 8, 2016
Bottle 33cl. Almost opaque dark brown with ruby hue, small frothy tan head, mostly diminishing, light lacing; aroma of roasted malts, sourish syrup, overripe fruit, brown sugar; taste is medium sweet and sour, berriesruity, sour cherries, syrupy, with average duration, joined by some light bitterness in the aftertaste, fruity till the end; medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation; a decent Brown ale.

Strong alcohol feel in the mouth. bubble packed on the tongue. Soapy component makes it unpleasant.

Aroma is weak, but I found some hint of sugar and... Silicon... Not a good signe. Taste is limited to I-dont-know-what-is-it and alcohol, plenty of alcohol (which is strange for a 7% beer)
