Bottle. It pours a reddish dark brown body, clear, and topped by a dense, beige head. The aroma is leaning heavily towards coffee, with roasted malts, some faint notes of cooked vegetables and a touch of chocolate. Roasted flavor with a solid dose of chocolate. Theres a little bitterness too, its quite dry on the palate, with a soft carbonation at an appropriate level. Roasted finish. Nothing special going on here, but its a fine schwarzbier anyway. 131214
