GBBF Day 3. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Creamy sweet malts,. Sweet floralness well blended with banana esters. Light citrus underneatg, Smooth finish. Clean German beer.
August 2017 - Keg at GBBF 2017, Kensington Olympia. As 'Brauerei Trunk Bio Weisse'. Hazy vibrant yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma is banana and clove, some white pepper. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste follows the aroma with foam banana sweets and pungent spice, dry into the finish. Pretty nice. Bottle. Pours murky amber. Aroma is some banana and clover, also some herbs and cream. Body is medium, cheesecake, sweet, banana. Not the most accessible Hefeweizen. Minerals, earth, chalky. Rather dry palate for a Weizen. Good.

Keg at the GBBF 2017. Day 3. 10/08/2017. A clouded frorhy white head. Aroma is bug hefe, wheat, clover, clove phenols, what. Flavour is sweat, wheat, spicy clove phenol. Palate is dry grainy. Nice yeast expression.
