Bottle. Reddish/dark amber color with small tan ring. Aroma is chocolate, roasted malts, molasses. Taste is metallic, very earthy, some chocolate. Dry mineraly finish. Smells very sweet, but isn’t. It’s quite rustic. Nice!

0,5l Flasche. Sehr schöne klare rotbraune Farbe mit festem beigem Schaum. Röstmalzaroma. Etwas Vanille und Holz. Antrunk herbes Röstmalz. Etwas lakritz und verbrannter Zucker. Wirklich schön süffig und nicht zu süss.

Schönes mahagonifarbenes Braun mit beigem Schaum. Malzig schokoladiger Geruch. Geschmack ist leicht süß, sehr malzig mit Noten von Karamell und Schokolade. Kaum Hopfen. Stimmiges süffiges Bier.

olsvammel (7225) - Örebro, SWEDEN - SEP 19, 2015
Bottle from a Getränkemarkt in Bamberg. Malty smell with caramel and some boiled vegetables and butter. Similar taste. The butter and veggies are disturbing but its so bad that it isn’t drinkable.

"Vierzehnheiligen Nothelfer Trunk" Look; beige head and clear copper-mahogany body. Aroma; forgotten bowl of dark fruits, basement, berries, wet dark caramel, grass. Taste; dark malts, notes of prunes, notes of cocoa - leading to a fruity finish becoming somewhat dry and malty cocoaish, just average lasting. Normal texture and soft carbonation. Not bad. Würziger, sehr malziger Geschmack, äußerst süffig. Trocken im Abgang. Lecker aber nicht außergewöhnlich.

0,5 l bottle under the name Vierzehnheiligen Nothelfer Trunk. Thanks to TJ, my second son. Dark red brown in the glass, big light tanned foamy head. Looks really good. Malty and light metallic on the nose. Tastes malty, light sweetness, grainy hints, little bit sourish in the middlepart, more malt in the aftertaste. Easy to drink.
