Grain and cereal malts, caramel, cloves. Clear, dark gold, small, creamy, beige head. Heavy sweet. More sweet grain and bread malts, caramel, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Nice Irish Ale, quite intense in the malts. Keg at The Old Fashioned, Madison, WI.

On cask at Vintage, pours a dark brown with a really thin off white head, the aroma is of heavy malt with some caramel sweetness in there as well, the flavor has a sweet maple like front end with some caramel and malt in the finish, pretty sweet through out the entire beer, not bad.

On cask at Vintage Brewpub. Clear mahogany with no head presence. Aroma of maple, nuts, toffee and malt. Taste is all malty with caramel, maple syrup and mild nuts.
