On tap at Vintage, pours a clear amber with a thin head and a little bit of lacing, the aroma has a good amount of barnyard funk mixed in with a decent amount of fruit and cherries, the flavor has a tart front end with some of the apple and vanilla showing through in the finish too, the brett finish is noticeable but doesn’t over take the beer, abv is a little noticeable, kind of wished it was lower, still nice. esjaygee (3904) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 26, 2013
On tap at Sugar Maple. Clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma is a bit funky with oak, toasted malt, light hay and mild cherry. Taste is sour and wild with light fruit and tannins, mild alcohol and oak. Slightly tart with a funky finish.
