COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fruity, mildly sour and complex, this is the first in a series of farmhousestyle barrel-fermented “wild” ales, this version finished with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis in an apple brandy barrel. Acidic pie cherry notes meld with earth & wood, along with traces of apple & spirits.

On tap at Vintage, pours a clear amber with a thin head and a little bit of lacing, the aroma has a good amount of barnyard funk mixed in with a decent amount of fruit and cherries, the flavor has a tart front end with some of the apple and vanilla showing through in the finish too, the brett finish is noticeable but doesn’t over take the beer, abv is a little noticeable, kind of wished it was lower, still nice.
