No spice what soever, it is buttery with a diacetyl smell, flavor is water and butter. Awful. esjaygee (3906) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 20, 2013
On tap at Vintage Brewery. Copper amber with a creamy tan crown. Aroma is spicy and sweet with a peppers and caramel. Taste is mild but with some kick to it. Peppers, spices, caramel and sweet malt round it out with mild heat and spice on the finish. cbfobes (2891) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - OCT 26, 2013
On tap at Vintage 10/26, pours a clear amber with a thin head, the aroma has a little bit of pepper and a nice amount of sweetness with caramel and malt, some fruity notes as well, the flavor has a little bit of a hop touch on the front end with some of the spice and pepper in the finish, this was pretty enjoyable, nice. madvike (3301) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 21, 2013
On tap at the brewpub - Pours rosy amber with next to no head. Nose is malty, bready, with not much peppery heat. Taste is lots of malty breadiness, with a little pepper heat that builds a bit but never gets too hot. Thinnish and medium-carbonated. Not a beer I’d want a full pour of, but my sample was pretty nice. dionysus (1486) - Portland, Oregon, USA - FEB 2, 2012
On tap at brewpub. Pour is amber with an eggshell head. Aroma shows pale malt and heat. Flavor shows plenty of green peppers (jalapeno & anaheim chile?). Probably couldn’t drink a whole lot of this, but it went exceptionally well with the burger I was having.

Sample at Vintage. Filtered amber-orange-red. Subtle smooth heat in the aroma. Interesting peppery heat, but not quite overboard. Actually quite balanced in an odd way. Leaves lot of trace habanero and jalapeno in the the finish, very green and juicy. Like you dumped jalapeno juice in a clean lager. Interesting one-time beer.
