On cask at the brewpub. Not sure how I really felt about this one. Too much carbonation for me. The Rosemary added a very distinct element to this brew, but not digging it as much as I thought I would.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On cask drawn at the Vintage brewpub in Madison, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden amber colored brew with a bubbly (like you see with soft drinks) clear head that slowly dissipates to a film top. Aroma of grapefruit and rosemary, with additional light caramel and citrus. Taste is quite the experience. Typical 3- C’s IPA with powdered rosemary spice that gave this a near white pine flavor that is common throughout northern Wisconsin. Finish is very spicy, rosemary and grapefruit and more white pine. A fine example of Christmas tree beers with quite the bitterness.
