On tap at Vintage. Poured clear, bright golden with a dusting of white head. The aroma picked up soft pale and bready notes with touches of honey and floral hops.. well done. The flavor found sweet honey, pale, and bready malts at the core (along with a hint of corn syrup), surrounded by dry, spicy and grassy bitterness.. aiight. Lighter-bodied, dry, and well-carbonated on the palate.. flowed well.. refreshing. cbfobes (2888) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - AUG 21, 2010
On tap at Vintage, pours a clear golden color with little head, has a sweet aroma, overall it has a sweet finish to it and is a nice summer brew. Brigadier (3780) - Chagrin Falls, Ohio, USA - AUG 18, 2010

This is not a fantastic game changer but for a light summer style kolsch it has everything you want. After so many heady beers I wanted to start out light. This fit the bill perfectly. Anybody that can nail a kolsch really knows what they are doing. Vintage Brewing is definitely on my radar for the future as long as they can keep up this level of excellence.
Aroma / Appearance - Transparent golden body sparkles with life. A white fringe of head decorates the top like a fluffy cloud. Clean, crisp, and simple it has the grainy characteristics of a basic session beer.
Flavor / Palate - Sessionable and easy on the palate this leaves a light impression before it collapses into a fluid memory. The tease of hops is enough to impart flavor but not stick to the throat. I don’t usually get a chance to try many kolsches. This one fares well with any other prime example you can find relatively fresh.
Pours a clear gold, thin head. Not much aroma, but it was lager-like. Moderately sweet. Crisp finish, silky, touch of hop bitterness, light body. A fine beer for those starting out craft beer drinking. madvike (3305) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 7, 2010
On tap at the Grand Opening - A slightly hazy light amber pour with a very small head. Smells soft and fruity, with some lemon and white grapes. Taste is light honey, with mild, grassy hope and nice fruitinesss. Smooth and light in the mouth, something that I could drink a lot of. Excellent.

On draught at the Vintage Brewing Company, during their Grand Opening on May 2, 2010. Pours a semi-clear golden pale colored brew with an average size off-white head that quickly dissipates to a white ring. Aroma is slightly fruity with a golden grain malt backbone, floral hops and a touch of honey. Taste is light to medium bodied, flavors of golden grain malt, some herbal spice and noble dry hops. Finish is slightly medicinal, then crisp and a dry balance of fruit and mild bitterness.
